Speaker 3 (0:21) Well, hello and welcome to Watch What Crappens, a podcast about all the crap that we love to talk about on Ye Olde Bravs. I'm Ronnie Karam, and today I am only Ronnie Karam. There's no Ben here. Ben is in Norway, so it's just me and you together. I'm just in your ears rubbing around, my Speaker 4 (0:42) little, my voice is rubbing around like little fingers in your ear Speaker 3 (0:46) holes. That came out creepier than I meant it to, but that's going to happen a lot today. Okay. Ben will be back in a week. I've got a bunch of fun guests coming in the next week or so to entertain me and you. But we were going to record this episode yesterday before he left, and we didn't get the screener on time. So I ended up just kind of knocking it out myself. So wish me luck. Okay. In the meantime, if you want this on video, you can get this at Crap-Ins on Demand with all of our videos, as well as bonus episodes, ad-free listening, all that good stuff. Also, we're going on tour. We start October 3rd, the weekend of October 3rd. We're going to be in Kansas City and Chicago. We're going to 20-something cities this time around. They're all on sale now, and you can get tickets at watchwhatcrapins.com. So join us for that. And I don't want to just talk your head off. about a bunch of nothing. Let's get into the recap. Welcome to Real Housewives of Orange County, season 20, episode 11. Speaker 3 (1:50) This episode was not the most exciting, but it's also in a year of Real Housewives of Orange County not being the most exciting. And I just have to say, as a viewer, I'm somehow okay with that, shockingly enough. Like, I still enjoy it. I don't know what that says about me. It's not my favorite, but I'm still enjoying it. Like, I would still be watching it if I wasn't doing this. I'm sure that says something about my taste level, but then again, so does my outfit. What are you going to do? You can't just change taste overnight. We're going to need to work on it. All right, so we open where we left off, which is where the girls are on two separate trips. There's dueling girls trips, all right? When you've got Tamara taking everybody to something, Speaker 5 (2:40) and Speaker 3 (2:41) then you've got Vicky's trip. Okay, Vicky's stripped to La Quinta, which is to her beautiful La Quinta home. It's my beautiful La Quinta home, which I worked very hard for. I worked very Speaker 4 (2:52) hard for my La Quinta home. Speaker 3 (2:55) So we're at Vicky's and Vicky's trip is miserable. Okay. Because it's at Vicky's house and it's with Vicky. And how are you going to be at Vicky's house and not be miserable? Okay. You can't have a miserable person and a non-miserable home. It's just not how it works. Trust me. I live in one. People come over to my house all the time and they're like, I feel weird in here. And I'm like, well, yeah, it's my house. Well, what do you think? It's going to feel like a warm hug. I live here. Speaker 3 (3:24) If I stitched a pillow, it would say, home sweet, not your fucking home. Okay? My welcome mat says, you're not. So I get it. But I'm also not having a girl's trip at my house. You know what I mean? So it's miserable because it's Vicky's home. But it's also miserable because Emily's on this trip. I mean, frankly, everyone on this trip is kind of miserable. You've got Vicky hosting it. You've got Emily being on the trip. I mean, we know Emily's miserable. All right? You've got Shannon who's like, I mean, she's barely holding herself together. And then you've got Jen. Jen's probably the happiest one here. And Jen was like living in a parking lot and giving aerobics classes in the parking lot and shit. You know? She's with a man who's probably still sending dick pics to people from the gym. And she's like the happiest person here. So Vicky's big fun outing is to go golfing. We're going to go golfing. And on the way there, Vicky's on her laptop working. Because I work. It is very hard to be the switch. I work very hard. So she's working on her laptop. Emily is just. annoying as hell and she's poking at her poking at vicky Speaker 4 (4:34) why are you working why are you why you pay attention to us you need to send an email well i could send an email but i'm supposed to be golfing with my friends you're supposed to be making me have fun Speaker 3 (4:45) on and on and on and vicky's just like let me work i'm trying to work i'm trying to answer an email before we go golf because i'm a very busy worker Speaker 4 (4:52) i'm a woman who works all Speaker 3 (4:55) right so it sucks so vicky tries to reset by Doing a fun night by the hot tub. Because Vicky has a pool and a hot tub at her house. Because she's very rich. I worked very hard for this hot tub. And she tells us a million times that she paid like $400 to heat up this pool for the ladies. Okay. First of all, that's an insane amount of money. To me. To go swimming. You know what I mean? Do the free thing and just jump over somebody else's wall. I mean, you're in La Quinta. There's a lot of vacation homes. Just look for one without the lights on and go swim in their pool. Speaker 3 (5:31) Also, if you're going to complain that your pool costs $400 to heat up all day while I'm swimming in your pool, then you're not rich enough to own a pool. That's what I say. I don't want to swim in a pool of your miserly intentions. It's supposed to be relaxing. I can't relax in a pool full of your debt. You come visit me. Here's where we're going. The pond. That's free. Okay? Speaker 3 (5:58) I'll give you some wet wipes after so you can get the fungus off you or whatever the hell's in the pond. I won't go in the pond. I don't need to be wet. But you can go because we're on vacation. It's a girl's trip. Woohoo! So they're sitting in the hot tub and Emily just keeps poking at Vicky. Speaker 4 (6:15) Vicky! Remember how you worked all day today? That really sucked of you. Does Mike even like you? I don't think Mike even likes you. He's mean. Mike sucks. How come he bought you an engagement ring, but then he didn't give you the engagement ring? And now you have to behave to get the engagement ring? Was he holding it over your head? Speaker 3 (6:31) No, I don't have to behave. I don't know what you're talking about. Please stop it. No, Speaker 4 (6:34) he Speaker 3 (6:35) held Speaker 4 (6:36) it over your head. He did not hold Speaker 3 (6:37) it over my head. I've never even seen the ring. How can he hold Speaker 2 (6:39) it over my head if I haven't seen it? Speaker 3 (6:42) And I can't even believe I'm saying this because I don't think I've ever said it. And I've certainly not said it this season. But I think I'm kind of on Vicky's side on this one because Emily is such an asshole. And you know what? If you can out-asshole Vicky, you're a huge asshole. Like huge. You could poop out a state fair. Like all the food trucks, all the clowns, all the animals. Because that's how big you are. Huge asshole. Speaker 3 (7:11) Are you Speaker 4 (7:12) scared of Mike? It seems terrifying. Blink twice if you're scared of Mike. Speaker 3 (7:16) I'm not scared of Mike. And then Vicky pulls out the dreaded, you are in my home. You have to respect me in my home, which I hate that blocker. And that's why I don't like to go to people's homes because people can just be all kinds of an asshole to you in their home. But then you can't say anything just because you're in their home. Then fine, let's go to Chili's where I can call you a dick. You know what I mean? So Vicky goes in to the kitchen and she starts putting together like really angry homemade pizzas, which, by the way, if you ever want to please me in your home, don't don't make me a pizza. OK, nobody can make a pizza at home. That's good. And you know what? If you can, then I have not met you. I haven't met you yet. Homemade pizza suck. Call Domino's. Well, shit, let's just go to the Domino's. We'll eat at that tiny little standby counter or whatever on the inside. And I can still call you an asshole when you're being an asshole. I mean, that's like you're bringing me to a pool that you complained about how much it cost to heat. Then you're home making me terrible food. And now you're telling me I can't call you an asshole because I'm in your home. This is all terrible, right? So Vicky's in there and she's really pissed off and she keeps raising her hands because that's what she does when she's really upset. Making her eyes really wide and then making her lips go like, like she's sucking the invisible straw. So she's doing that. She's really upset. And Emily's like, oh, maybe we should go. I don't know. I just feel so uncomfortable. Because Emily's that kind of person to like make you scream and yell and then go, why are you yelling at me? So Jen's just following along with her because she's a ding dong, you know? And she's like, oh, Speaker 2 (8:57) thank you so much for saying that, Emily. Maybe we should. You know, I just don't know. Something's so wrong with Vicky. What's even wrong with Vicky? Speaker 3 (9:03) So Vicky's in there making her angry pizza. And Shanna's like, oh, I Speaker 2 (9:07) just, I'm so uncomfortable. I don't know what to do. I love Vicky. Speaker 3 (9:16) Vicky's making her angry pizza. So then Mike comes home. Grumpy ass old boyfriend Mike comes home. Okay, Mike, look, I get it. This is your house too. But you knew that there was going to be a girl's trip at this house. What the hell are you even doing there? You can go one day without. golfing. You know what I mean? You can go one day. And I wouldn't even care that he's here, but he comes and he looks at the camera and then he gives it a dirty look and he's like, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then he goes into his bedroom and he's all upset about, I don't know. The rise in the price of beans or something. Because, you know, he's just all upset. Like, wow, Speaker 2 (9:53) these automobiles. Whatever happened to horses? You Speaker 3 (9:55) know, he's grumpy old manning it over there. Speaker 4 (10:01) These Speaker 2 (10:01) gays are trying Speaker 4 (10:02) to turn Speaker 3 (10:02) our children. Whatever. You know, whatever shit he's on about. So he's all mad. He goes to the bedroom. So Vicky's really making pizzas. And then Emily comes in. And Jen, of course. And she's like, Speaker 4 (10:13) Vicky, what's going on? I think you're really upset with me. It's really uncomfortable. Speaker 3 (10:17) It's like, oh my God, I can't take it. We're going to eat a homemade pizza. And it's going to be terrible and miserable. You're going to taste my misery. We're all going to love it. Just eat your pizza. No, it's miserable. I can't be at home. It's miserable. But Mike is here. I'm very upset. I can't. I can't. So Vicky gets all flustered and leaves the kitchen. And goes out and starts yelling at the crew. And it's like, I cannot take this anymore. Get out. I want everybody out of here. I will not take this. I protect my peace. I'm a very rich person. I've worked very hard for this peace. This peace cost me a lot of money. Speaker 4 (10:53) Get out of my house. Speaker 3 (10:55) So Emily hears that. It's like, oh, Speaker 4 (10:57) Vicky wants us to go. I'm very uncomfortable. We have to call an Uber. Speaker 3 (11:04) And Jen, of course, doesn't understand how Ubers work still. And she's like, Speaker 2 (11:08) oh, but we're going to have to get a really large Uber. Oh, my gosh, we have to go all the way to Orange County. That's going to be a very we're going to need a very good sized Uber to get to Orange County. Speaker 3 (11:19) You don't need a bigger car the more miles you go. Speaker 2 (11:24) I mean, if we just go down the block, we'll need a smart car. Speaker 3 (11:26) But if we go all the way to Orange County, we're going to need a bullet train. I mean, we're going to need something very, very large. Very, very large, you know? Speaker 4 (11:36) Dummy. Yeah, we're going to have to get a new bar. I can't be here anymore. This is very uncomfortable. And now there's a man. There's a man. And I feel his energy. I don't know. He's all angry. I don't know what's upset. The man's all upset. Speaker 3 (11:48) Oh, my gosh, Emily. It's like you've never been in a house with a man who doesn't like you. I mean, shocker, you're going to go home to a man who doesn't like you. Cut to two scenes later, Shane being like, oh, you're home. Speaker 3 (12:06) So Vicky goes from yelling at the camera crew and then she goes in to talk to Mike and we don't hear what's in there because, you know, of course, Mike isn't going to have cameras in there. So Emily's, you know, Emily and Jen are building this whole, we gotta go, Vicky's being me and I'm uncomfortable around a man. And Shannon's Speaker 2 (12:22) like, I'm so uncomfortable in this situation. Girls, please, please, girls, come back. It's Vicki. She's my friend. How do I stand up to Vicki, but also stand up for the girls? What do I do? And how am I going to get my hands on that homemade pizza? Speaker 5 (12:39) But Speaker 2 (12:41) how do you get an Uber in Palm Springs that goes to Orange County? Is it the same company? Is it an Uber? Is it called something else? What do we do? Speaker 3 (12:56) It's time for a commercial. Speaker 2 (12:57) It's time for a Crappin's commercial. Speaker 3 (13:03) And now we go to Los Olivos in the other girl's trip with Speaker 5 (13:07) Tamara, Gina, Heather, and Carmela. Speaker 3 (13:10) And they're sitting around a fire in the backyard. And Tamara's like, well, Speaker 5 (13:14) what do you think the other girls are doing on their trip right now? You think they're still talking about what a dumb slut Carmela is? Who doesn't have a house? Who's just faking everything to be on TV? I'm so funny. Speaker 2 (13:28) Maybe they're counting how many TVs Vicky has in her house. Like they did with Carmella. Maybe they're wondering why Vicky doesn't have any furniture and she's only got a Pilates machine in her entryway. Like Carmella. Speaker 2 (13:43) If we're going to treat Speaker 3 (13:44) Vicky Speaker 2 (13:45) the same way that Vicky treated Carmella, maybe we should be asking, does Vicky really live there? Is the ring in the safe in the bank or at the house? Thank you, Alfredo. And Speaker 3 (13:58) Carmella's getting a little tipsy, and the ladies have been pouring in her ear that Vicky has been talking shit about her nonstop. So Carmella's like, I'm going to bank on maybe there is no ring. Like, her story doesn't make sense. Speaker 2 (14:13) Oh Speaker 3 (14:13) my god, that's such a hot Speaker 2 (14:15) take, Carmella. Hold on, let me write it down so I can tell Vicky in about five minutes that you said that. Speaker 3 (14:20) Yeah, well, you buy a ring for somebody when you're going to propose to them, but then if you get them a ring, but then you don't propose, then maybe you didn't even get the ring. That's all I'm saying. But in all honesty, I want the best for her because I'm a woman and I don't want to make another woman feel bad. Speaker 2 (14:39) Oh, yeah. Well, if there's anybody you're going to go in and judgment on, it should be Victoria. Because Victoria's been really mean to you. Speaker 3 (14:45) She mom shamed you. Come on. Give us whatever you need to give us, Carmella. Speaker 5 (14:52) Well, I'll tell you one thing. If somebody got a ring for me, and they didn't propose to me, and they just kept that ring in the safe, I'd be pissed. I'd be pissed. I'd be so pissed off. I'd be like, where's my ring? Give me my ring, bitch. Speaker 2 (15:05) I get that because like everyone's always asking me, like, are you and Travis going to get engaged? Are you going to get engaged? And after a while, you're like, this isn't a question for me. This is a question for Travis because only men decide they're going to get married, not women. I mean, we've only had the right to drive for like a year. It's so much pressure. Like, what are they going to do next? Like, ask me to vote for Speaker 3 (15:30) something? So Gina has made this about herself somehow. And I think they're as bored with Gina as the audience is. Because they're like, Speaker 5 (15:38) wow, look at those trees. How do you think these trees are? They're so Speaker 2 (15:42) old. And Speaker 3 (15:44) Camilla's like, I think those trees are older than Vicky. I support women. So then we cut back to La Quinta. And Vicky has now reset again. And she comes out of the bedroom from Mike. And she's just like. Speaker 3 (16:02) Okay, we're going to make pizzas. Here we are. We're making pizzas now. Okay, we're going to make some pizzas. I'm in a great mood. Speaker 4 (16:08) Girls trip. And Emily's like, I think you said it would be better off if we'd love. So we're just going to leave. Speaker 3 (16:15) No, I never said that. What are Speaker 4
