Speaker 2 (0:00) All right, all right, all right. Welcome, welcome, welcome. We've still got people coming in. Welcome to Visibility from Zilch. And we've got loads and loads of people signed up for this. I think we'll have quite a few with us live tonight and everyone else watching on video, presumably. Or everyone else having it going into their inbox. But it's lovely to see you guys. I see lots of... people whose faces I recognize. I can see Pam Pappas and Rick Rupenthal and Claire Danham and Nick Siddall and Patrick Higgins. I'm not going to name everyone. We'd run out of time. Just do me a favor. Just type into the chat where you're dialing in from so I can get a sense of where in the world you are. And if you're in a position to do so, switch on your camera so I can see you. It helps me to calibrate to understand, you know, how things are landing and that sort of thing. If you're falling asleep, it lets me know. Speaker 2 (0:51) And welcome to Visibility from Zilch. And the whole focus of this is inspired by a couple of things. One is that... I meet so many coaches, therapists, change workers who have seen things, have realized things that have profoundly transformed their lives and want to share that with others and then are not having the kind of success they'd like to in getting their message out into the world. And at the same time, what we're seeing is that the changes that are going on in the world around AI, around social media, mean that it's never been more straightforward. to get your message out, to get your message heard by people, to have your gifts reach people. And so that's what this session's about. So let me just see where people are dialing in from. If you haven't... typed in where you're dialing in from. I'd love to know. So we've got London, Portugal, Wolfgang's from Portugal, Nick's in London, St. Louis, Missouri, Surrey, Minnesota, US, Germany, Silverstone, UK, Vancouver Island, my own old stomping ground, New Jersey, Sweden, Scottsdale, Arizona, right on. Keep on typing it in guys. And let me, I've got, I've got a slideshow, but what I'd like to do is also have this be fairly chilled because While I've got slides to get through, my sense is the thing that's going to make the biggest difference for all of us is that you realize something from in yourself, like the value in this is going to come less from the information that comes from me, though it'll be great information, obviously. But nevertheless, the more valuable thing is going to be what comes from within you. Right. The insights, the realizations, the discoveries that you have that make a genuine go forward difference in your life. So. But I do have some slides which I'll dance through, so to speak. Speaker 2 (2:52) So yeah, visibility from Zilch, how to share your message in an AI flooded world. And the objectives are, I want to give you a sense of the window of possibility that's open right now, help you get clearer on what your specific thing to share is, have a quick look at the number one things that tends to hold people back and clear that out of the way. and then look at some next steps. So there's an outline structure for this, which is I'll give you a quick bit of background. We'll talk about the window of possibility. I'll tell you about the visibility experiment I've been doing for the last two months. And then we'll jump into getting clarity on your message, getting past barriers, next steps, all that sort of stuff. Before we do that, two things I wanted to ask you. The first one is... How do you describe yourself and what you do, whether it's a coach, a therapist, trainer, consultant? Just type into the chat. How do you describe what you do or what you are as a professional? Just type it into the chat, however you describe it today. I just want to get a sense of that, if that's okay with you. So Cindy, hypnotherapist, Kate, coach and facilitator. Coach and mentor, insight partner, transformational coach, therapist coach. Great. Keep them coming. This is great information. Thank you very, very much. And all of this helps me because it helps me kind of tune into what's going on for you. Where are you at? What are the things that... So I'm going to have various questions as we go along. Because again, that allows me to get a sense of where you're at, what's going on for you and how I can support you in this call. The other thing I was going to say is... It suddenly occurred to me that I might do a coaching demo tonight. So if anyone would like to be a demo subject for a coaching demo around this whole domain of visibility and getting your message out there, just type coaching into the chat and then a phrase saying what you'd like coaching on. So if you want to put your hand up for a coaching demo, and if there's a coaching demo, if someone puts their hand up and I think it'll be useful for everyone, we can do that. And if not, we won't. It's all cool in the gang. So yeah, a little bit of backstory. Speaker 2 (5:10) For years, when it came to getting your message out there, it was all about having an audience. And if you had a big audience of people, whether that was an email list or a YouTube channel or a podcast or whatever, then people would pay attention to you. But the world has changed. over the last year, and it's ramping up like this, and it's what they call interest media. And what it means is you can go from zero to literally thousands of followers, hundreds of thousands of followers either, in a heartbeat. And I'll give you an example of this. I was going to show this to you later, but actually it's really timely. If I can find it. Yeah, there we go. So one of our clarity coaches, Callan Hammond, Callan is in his 70s and was trying to figure out how to reach the people he wanted to reach. And so Callan, the advantage that Callan had is that while he would self-describe as no kind of marketing genius or anything like that, he was clear on what he wanted to share with people. He was clear on what had made such a big difference to him. So if you were to ask him, What have you realized that's made a big difference to you in your own life? He would tell you about the impact that this understanding has had on his relationship and his well-being and that sort of thing. And it comes off in him in waves. You can feel it. So he's got something that he knows for sure in himself that he wanted to share with people. So he created a TikTok channel. He's the wizard of his. The channel's called Live Your Life Now. He's been doing it for a while, but not a long while. I think it's less than a year. Exclusively, oh yeah, for several months, exclusively on TikTok, nothing fancy, no AI editing, nothing like that. Just his signal. He's got... Over 26,000 followers, 77,000 likes. His top video has had 376,000 views. He's enrolled a number of clients through this channel in fees ranging from $3,000 to $5,000. And that's through getting his unique signal out into the world. Now, here's the cool thing. A few months ago, say six months ago, he didn't have an audience at all. And so it's not like he spent years and years and years building an audience and establishing credibility and all that sort of stuff. He found a way to get his unique signal out into the world and then did that. So that wasn't even possible two years ago. Okay, the algorithms are all changing because what what they're calling it is interest media. So if you're talking about something that people are interested in. The algorithms will send them your stuff. And I had an example of this my own the other day. So I started creating these videos on TikTok just to see if I could do it. Just for the record, I don't really like TikTok. A minute of video. What have I got to say in two minutes? I'd rather have two hours or two days or two weeks. But there's that old line from... Mark Twain said, I didn't have time to write a short letter, so I wrote a long one instead. And I'm kind of like that. And it's a little bit of a stretch for me to create short videos. But I thought, well, it's a way to reach people. It's a way to ride this wave of interest media. So I started doing videos and they're getting a few hundred views and that sort of thing. And then I happened to create a video because I don't know if you saw, but Richard Dawkins had a conversation with Claude, Claude the AI, and came to the conclusion that it seemed really, really like it was conscious. And, you know, it raised a whole bunch of questions about consciousness. Now, I've got a very particular view. And my particular view is that the one thing. that AIs will never be able to do is awaken to the truth and beauty of the human spirit. Like every single person here has a human spirit at the heart of their being. And that is reserved for humans. And you have, and you and me and everyone else here have the capacity to wake up to the truth and beauty of who you really are. And that is, you know, consciousness in action. So I made some videos about how, yeah, Dawkins was off and that sort of thing. I like Richard Dawkins. I got no beef with him, but I, you know, just by saying, and those videos got 10 times the views of my normal, like I've got a couple of hundred followers, well, a few hundred followers now, but the videos got thousands and thousands of views because it was on something that people were interested in. And so the way I see it these days, and this might be an interesting metaphor for you guys, is that when you're create these days, when you're creating content of one sort or another, you can think of it as sort of each piece of content is sort of like a lottery ticket. But not for a lottery with one in 14 million chances for a lottery with really, really good chances, especially if you're creating. Content about stuff that's authentic to you and aligned with what you care about and aligned with what makes a difference to other people. And you're never going to know which videos or pieces of content are going to land. But any one of them can win that lottery and reach thousands or tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of people. And so here's what that means. What it means is. That for everyone here, the old barriers to visibility, to getting your message heard, to reaching the people that you're here to reach, barriers of technology and money and all the things that go along with that, those are all gone. Those are all gone. The only barriers that remain are internal. The only barriers that remain are internal. It's an open field for now. For now, this could change again within 18 months to two years, right? Like even at the moment, who's using, if you use AI on a daily basis, just type AI daily into the chat. I just want to get a sense. Speaker 2 (12:17) Who's using AI tools on a daily basis? Good to see. Now, at the moment, if you're using AI daily, then you know that we have access to incredible tools at the moment for really, really cheap. Like for 20 bucks a month, you can get incredible, incredible AI capacity. That's probably not going to be the case in two years. That window is going to close as well. But for the moment, we've got to jump. We've got a big head start on the world because these models, they're frontier models. So we're on anyone who's using it right now is using it at the frontier. Anyway, so that's the window of possibility that we're in at the moment. The window of possibility is that... Speaker 2 (13:09) If you're doing things that people are interested in, it can reach thousands, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of people. And artificial intelligence means that we get boosts that weren't available to us in the past. So I want to ask you another question, which is. What has you wanting more visibility right now? Like for what purpose more visibility? I've given some examples here, but type in your own if you've got something specific. Is it to get more clients? Is it to give your gifts? Is it to build a name in your field? Is it because you've got a message you want to share? You want to make a difference or grow an audience? Or is it a bunch of these? Like, what is it? Like, I'm working on the basis that you're here at a workshop on visibility. Speaker 2 (13:56) I'm no genius, but I assume that this topic of visibility has some relevance to you now. So my question is why? Why right now? So let's look at these. Type it into the chat. It really helps. So Julie says community, Leslie, make a difference. All of the above, Seiji. Clarice has spread the message of the inside out understanding and get clients right on. Mike, get more clients and solve their problems right on. All of the above. These are great. Thank you. Keep them coming. And it's so interesting. I'm going to tell you something about visibility that I'm doing just because I'm really tickled about it. There's a guy called Peter Diamandis who's created a thing called the X Prize, where he uses large prizes to motivate people to solve the world's biggest problems. And he realized that. In the past, some of the most powerful technologies like the mobile phone and the tablet were inspired by shows like Star Trek. So he's created a thing called the Future Vision XPRIZE, where there's a $3.5 million prize pot to the team who can put together the best story that paints an inspiring vision of the future. And so the way you apply to this is you basically submit a film treatment. and a three-minute trailer for your movie. So me and my team are creating a movie about the inside-out understanding to see if we can win the X Prize. Because most of the prize pot goes into development of the film. But if some of the leading technologists and AI thinkers and that thing in the world get exposure to this understanding, even if it just becomes a finalist, that could be amazing. So another way of getting visibility. The thing that's different today than was different even a year ago today, you've got contact through X or the other platforms, direct contact to people who in the past would have been inaccessible to most of us. And there are tools that mean you can get in the game. Like making a three-minute film trailer a year ago. would have required a production team and videographers and all that sort of thing. Today, you can hire a bright young thing on Twitter who can pull it together
