That's the definition of a good-looking person. Looking for and finding the good in life. And you found good in abundance because you've tuned in consciously and conscientiously to the joy of living with your humble host, Barry Shore, the ambassador of joy. Now notice I didn't say the ambassador of joy. The ambassador of joy. And you tune into the show for one reason and one reason only. Best reason in the whole world because you care the most in the entire world about... You. Y-O-U. And that's great because when you become the best you, you make the world a better place. You build more bridges of harmony, create more joy, happiness, peace, and love in the world. You're going to learn a lot about that today. You're going to be liberated with Liberci in just a few minutes. So I want to say a couple of things. Number one, a big, huge thank you. I'm humbled and honored. You're always urging your family and friends to come listen to the show. And it's great because we have... Approximately 25,000, 30,000 people every few weeks joining the show. So right now there are 521,917 people around the world tuning in, watching, listening, etc. Okay. By the end of this calendar year, 2026, I think we'll be at a million people. Now the other thing I want to urge you to do is to share this show with five people. You want to share with 50 or 100? Oh, that's wonderful. But five people, four of whom, by the way, you like. and one you don't like. Find somebody you don't like and share the show. Why? Because you can create a bridge. You can say, hey, let's talk about something. Together, you now did something beneficial for the energy of the planet and for you. So it's really wonderful. You tuned in for one reason, because you care the most about you. You know that on this show we discuss the three fundamentals of life. And when you use these three fundamentals, the result is you're happier, healthier, and wealthier. Who doesn't want that? So the first fundamental is... The fact that your life has purpose. You lead a purpose-driven life. And number two happens. You go mad. Mad stands for make a difference. Lead a purpose-driven life, you make a difference in the world. And the third is to unlock the power and the secrets of everyday words and terms. Simple example. Something everybody in the world loves. Smile. A smile is a great word. And the acronym for smile, which you should internalize, utilize, and leverage is... Seeing miracles in life every day. Wow. What's that, Barry? Seeing miracles in life every day. Let me tell you a quick story. It's about me. And I think it will illustrate what we're talking about. Imagine if you can. I'm standing up in the morning, completely healthy and hearty, able to leap tall buildings in a single bound. And in the evening, I'm in the hospital, totally, completely paralyzed, my neck down. Nothing in the body moved. And it was not from an automobile accident. It wasn't a spinal injury. It was a rare disease that I'd never heard of the day before. It took over my body and rendered me immobile. I couldn't communicate by blinking my eyes. I was 144 days in the hospital. I was two years in a hospital bed in my own home. I couldn't move. Four years in a wheelchair. I had braces on both my legs, my hips, my ankles. That was progress. Thank God today I'm able to be vertical and ambulatory with the help of a seven-foot walking wand. So I'm a tri-pad, not a biped. Can't walk if I stand by myself. Can't walk if I curve by myself. I have help 12 hours a day, seven days a week. Be in my voice. Positive, purposeful, powerful, and pleasant. Cause it's one word, smile. Seeing miracles in life every day. I'm going to tell you a quick story. My 8-year-old niece comes over to me a couple weeks ago and she says, Uncle Barry, Uncle Barry, can we spell smile S-M-I-E-L? I thought about it. Smile, smile, sounds the same. Why not? I asked her how come. She says, because that's what it stands for, seeing miracles in everyday life. Out of the mouth of an 8-year-old. What was she doing? She was creating the kind of world she wants to live in. Now, CREATE is a great acronym. It stands for Causing, Rethinking, Enabling All to Excel. You're going to do that today. Get ready. This is so cool. Before we bring on wonderful Michael, I just want to urge everybody to use the two most powerful words in the English language two times a day, three times a day, three times a day for now and the rest of your life. And these two words are thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank stands for to harmonize and nurture. kindness. Kind is a fabulous acronym it stands for. Keep inspiring noble deeds. I can't think of anybody, anybody that inspires noble deeds that I want to share with you more than wonderful, fabulous, amazing Michael Liberci. Michael, please say hello to 523,811 people around the world. Speaker 4 (6:45) Hello, everybody. I'm excited to be here. Barry, what a Speaker 3 (6:49) great Speaker 4 (6:50) I could listen to you talk for hours, buddy. How are you doing today, Barry? Speaker 3 (6:57) Well, Michael, I am doing so well that if you put it in a bottle and sniff it, you'd be happy for a year. All of a sudden, this Speaker 4 (7:05) is day one. I'm waiting. 364 more. It's oozing through the screen here. You're good, Byron. You're good. You come right through the digital medium, right out in the real world. I'm feeling it. Speaker 3 (7:18) ah well that's what we do we're real we're some people call us raw but we're real we're real all right because real raw stands for real Speaker 4 (7:27) awakens wisdom Speaker 4 (7:30) So if I quizzed you, Barry, on how many acronyms you think you know, how many do you think that would be? It would Speaker 3 (7:37) exceed 500, and it would be close to 1,000. Speaker 4 (7:43) Could we come up with a Barry Shore game show of acronyms? It's amazing Speaker 3 (7:49) you say that, because we actually did build one of those. We just didn't. You know, way to life. We can disrupt everything, but you want to disrupt your life? No, I want to keep focused on that. However, we do have a book. I published four books in the past couple of years. The first book is The Joy of Living. And the second is Pocketful of Acronyms, which I urge everybody, go to the website. I mean, it's all in the show notes. Don't write anything down. Just lean in, everybody. Go to my website. You know it. And just get the free e-book. of acronyms just get it and read it use it have fun with it you can also get the physical copy we made it so you can put in your pocket and that's even better because i can carry around just open up say Hello, look at this. And have fun with your friends in a coffee shop or standing on the street corner whistling or whatever you want to do in life. Now I want to talk about Michael. I'm just so happy and honored and humbled that he's here. If I start telling you all the things that Michael's accomplished, I'll take the rest of the show. I'm going to give you three data points. You ready? Data point number one. He is a growth strategist. We'll talk about that. Mental performance architect. Speaker 3 (9:07) trusted troubleshooter, and a recognized authority in the world in health, wellness, and human performance. Okay, that's one thing. Second thing is that he's the co-creator of an amazing show called Total Disruption. It's a podcast, a TV show, and he does something called Boardroom Battleground. And the thing I like about him most, he's married to a wonderful woman for 17 years, and he has three kids. In other words, a guy, a real good guy. So without further ado, Michael, let's just jump in and talk about things that you love discussing because you know it's a benefit for other people. And that's really the essence of life, isn't it? Being of benefit. By the way, that's Bob. You don't even need to name Bob. You'll tell him after the show. Hey, Bob! Being of benefit. Speaker 4 (10:02) All right. I'm going to see Bob later today. So I'm going to put that down. Being of benefit. Speaker 3 (10:07) So let's talk about something that you and I have discussed offline and we want to bring it to people because it's really important. And I make mention of two things here. Number one, we have a worldwide audience. I mean, we have people listening from Nepal, you know, all this stuff going on, their tragedy. People listening from Nepal, from Balochistan, Pakistan, South India, in the Congo, in Latin America, in the United States. I mean, all over the world. They're listening in because they love what we call, what I call the American mindset. And you are a great exponent of the American mindset. Because what you talk about, I believe, is truly America. Independence, disrupting, doing things, making stuff happen. So let's just jump right in and talk about what you call the modern concept of the healthspan. How does it apply to everybody listening? Speaker 4 (11:03) So I actually got this term from a friend of mine, an internet friend of mine, Joel Green. And he coined the health span, or maybe it's not Joel, maybe it's somebody else, but Joel made it popular. And he's a biohacker, heck of a guy, great program. What we're talking about with sort of this health span. Speaker 2 (11:26) For many of us, going further isn't a choice. It's a feeling we can't ignore. Because ambition has a way of outgrowing where it began. Turning dreams into direction. Speaker 2 (11:43) Every journey brings us closer to the life we imagine. So, where will your journey take you? Etihad. Beyond Borders. Speaker 5 (11:55) Like what you hear? Turn into USL All Access Live every Tuesday at 8 p.m. Eastern on Sirius XM FC channel 188 for exclusive interviews and the latest from around the USL. The exclusive satellite radio home of the USL, Sirius XM FC is North America's only 24-7 source for engaging soccer talk and live matches from the USL, Premier League, and more. All on Sirius XM FC. Channel 188 and the SiriusXM app. You Speaker 4 (12:28) have a lifespan. You have the day you're born and the day you die. That's your lifespan. Most people think that their life is their life. Healthspan is how well you are physically living your life based on, and you can attest to this, what is the span of how healthy you are mentally, physically, spiritually, and how many years do you have there? See, the three components, right? They're not... dependent upon one another. They're interlocking like yourself, right? You said you were just, let's go over your stats again real quick. Your body was physically. Speaker 4 (13:14) disabled, but your mind and your spirit were not. So your health span was just disproportionate to your lifespan, right? So it's one doesn't matter to the other. And if we're not in the modern era thinking about these kinds of things in that way, the health span versus the lifespan, we're doing ourselves a disservice. If we're just living to like, see how long we can live. Right. And we're not concentrating on quality of life, what we're doing, how we're feeling, how our spiritual benefits are, what we're doing for other people, creating the impact that we need to create, regardless of whatever perceived limitations we have. And regardless of our lifespan, because we're all going to die at some point. Right, Barry? Speaker 3 (14:03) I don't know about that. Yes. Let's unpack because already. You've been well rewarded by being here, everybody. You're getting an insight into something. Now, it's interesting because you mentioned, I'm going to
