Speaker 4 (0:18) America all the time. On the side of freedom and liberty, your voice of hope and truth is here. The Bongino Report, p.m. Speaker 4 (0:31) Dan Bongino. Speaker 7 (0:32) Folks, I'd like to tell you we got a big show today, which we do. So I'd like to tell you, I just told you. But we've got a pretty big week. Producer Jim, correct? We've got a lot going on? Correct. In the entire Bongino Inc., whatever you want to call it, family. You know Vince Colanace. He's on nationally on radio 12 to 3. He also has a podcast on our network. You can check out rumble.com slash Vince. He has an interview with Vice President Vance. He was recording today, Monday. It will air tomorrow, Tuesday at 8 a.m. Eastern time, on demand any time after that. So please check that out. I'm sure they'll break a lot of news. That's a great get by Vince. Congratulations on that. We will also be using some of the clips on our show. So in case you miss it, you can check that out. You see how we're like, Jim, that's like a total. I told Vince, I go, I'm totally stealing some of your stuff for the show. He's like, hey, man. It's not stealing if I tell you to use it. So we're happy for him. Good job, Vince, getting that one. And we have a big interview this week. with the man who took my spot at the FBI after my year there, the first year of the Trump administration, FBI Deputy Director Chris Rea will be interviewing this week. You will hear some of that on Bongino Report, a.m. Bongino Report, p.m. and on the podcast. So don't miss that. OK, it is Monday. It is great to be back with you. I sometimes do a weekend update because, you know, I love you all and feel like we should all kind of know each other a little better than, you know, me being behind a radio. And there's nothing more rewarding than going out and seeing listeners to the show who tell me things about my life I'd even forgotten. They ask me about like Lucy and her health bars. And I'm like, how do you know about the health bars joke? Like you said it on the radio a year ago. I'm like, you remember that? Unfortunately, I don't have a huge weekend update because this weekend was a really, really busy work weekend. No, it's not one of those ridiculous, humble brags. Everybody works for a living, but we did have a lot to get done. had an interesting date night, Friday night. We just kind of hung out in the backyard a little bit, but nothing really that exciting. However, we did have this, all of this going on, trying to coordinate all these interviews and everything like that. So the, you know, I like a. a theme to shows because, you know, it's like kind of reading a book. You want to know in advance, like what the book's about, right? You don't want to go into a book and go to the book about nothing. And then you read it. It was a great book. I wish it was a murder mystery. I would have recommended it in advance. Today's show is not a murder mystery. Today's show is about contrasts. It's going to come up often in today's show. We have an election coming up in just about 40 days. And one of the primary tactical tools. That good politicians on both sides. Yeah, I'm not saying they have good ideas. I'm not a Democrat, obviously. But people who are good at getting votes that make some good politicians, that's what they do. Speaker 7 (3:29) are really good at a couple of things. They're good at sound bites. They're good at snapshots. No, they're not photographers, but they know what a good picture looks like. And they know how to paint contrasts and how to ask questions, how to avoid assertions and ask people questions. But the contrast component of this is so critical, and you're going to see it throughout today's show today. As I don't only tell you, hey, here's what the president's leadership has led to over the last two years, President Trump. Again, there are some areas of concern. No doubt, I am not downplaying your genuine concerns about cost of food, diesel, fuel prices. That is all very real. The question is... If that is the one issue you're voting on. If you were to withhold your vote and basically allow Democrats to win. Will that issue you're voting on get better or worse? And the answer I can tell you with absolute certainty, absolute certainty is 100 % the Democrats will make it worse. And I don't want to, I'm not painting this as being on the margin at all. I am absolutely convinced President Trump's agenda has led to some remarkable spreadsheet items, spreadsheets, put the numbers in front of me. Median household income, highest it's ever been. Jobless rate, 57 year low. I'm only 51 years old. We haven't seen a jobless rate this low since six years before I was born. Speaker 7 (5:02) The poverty rate, the lowest, the border finally under control, crime collapsing in this country thanks to the president's leadership and his anti-crime approach. These are all real numbers, but that's not in any way meant to diminish that there are still real concerns. The president was dealt, unfortunately, a really bad hand. Biden handed him a global mess. He handed him at 1.9 % inflation. He handed him an open border of 20 million people. Folks, the federal law enforcement workforce is not that big. It's not. There were only 38,000 FBI employees, only about 12,000 agents. When you factor out managers and headquarter people, there's probably only people out sick. There's probably 4,000 or 5,000 agents working. That's it for the whole country of 330 million people. The president was left this mess. And I believe he's done an admirable job, but it's not good enough to say that. We got to paint a contrast and say to people out there, you have a choice. If you fail to vote and you allow the other side to win, this is the kind of stuff you're going to be looking at. It's going to be shoved down your throat like syrup of Ipecac. Here you go. Take it, Johnny. It tastes great. Throw it up. That's the point. We got to get rid of the poison. You got rid of the poison. The poison were these stupid liberal ideas. By the way, Jim, did you get that edit earlier in the podcast? Sorry about that. Speaker 3 (6:31) Yeah, I got it. Speaker 7 (6:32) I did the podcast earlier. I had to warn producer Jim. I'm like, Jim, get ready. Are you listening? It was bad. But I can't. Ken Delaney and just drove me nuts. You watch the podcast. You'll see what I mean. I want to paint a contrast for you. Here is a Long Island congressman I know very well. This guy is really a buffoon, folks. His name is Tom Suozzi. The only reason I know this guy well is when I was a young Secret Service agent, I was in our office, our Secret Service agent office in Long Island. It was in Melville. Melville's right near the Huntington area out there. And Hillary Clinton at the time is running for US Senate. That's how old I am. And, you know, she was the first lady. So she would come out to Long Island a lot to events or Long Island, as they say from New York. Right. And Swazi, who is one of these, like my daughter calls him out. I'm not into the kid lingo, but my daughter's 14. She calls him like, pick me guys. You ever hear this thing, Jim? Pick me like, look, pick me, pick me. Everyone knows that kid from. Tom Swazi's the pick me guy. Hey, pick me. Look at me. He would show up at these events for Hillary Clinton. We'd be at, he would show up last minute. He would like announce he was coming in. Like he was like the King of Siam. Like we were supposed to get palm fronds and wave them in. The guy's a clown. He pretends to be like some pseudo moderate when he needs votes. And then he says crap like this. You want to elect the Democrats again? Okay, how do you feel about legalizing, providing amnesty for millions of people in the country illegally? How do you feel about that? The answer is Tom Suozzi's telling you how to feel. He's like, hey, vote for us. We're going to do it. No, he's not dumb enough to say that. No, he is. He just said it. Here's the receipts. Check this out. My number one issue is to try and get a resolution on immigration. My biggest desire, my biggest goal of what I want to accomplish in politics right now is I want to legalize. seven or eight or nine or 10 million people in our country Speaker 5 (8:25) so they will not be subject to deportation. Speaker 7 (8:33) How does someone say that out Speaker 3 (8:35) loud? Speaker 7 (8:35) Thank you. Speaker 7 (8:39) Thank you, Producer Jim. Speaker 7 (8:43) There has been a mass revolt against the Biden Kamala Harris open order, open borders policies to led that one of the big it led to one of the biggest presidential landslides in modern history. President Trump winning every swing state. And you've got this guy in an area of Long Island, by the way, that is not deep blue. Jim and I know New York very well. It is not deep blue. It's actually a relatively moderate Democrat place. It was a Republican when I grew up, but it changed. But it is not full of green haired Karens. It isn't. And he's out there, a place that's been ravaged by illegal immigration, Suffolk and Nassau County, where Swazi is in Nassau. And he's out there openly saying, as if like this isn't being recorded. What are you saying? We're going to, my first call. And he doesn't only say he wants to do it. He's like, this is my most important thing. Notice what he doesn't say. Not affordability. It's not this crisis in Iran. It's not crime. It's not a growing economy. It's not AI, data centers, whatever your topic is, your flock cameras, whatever it may be. His number one priority is we need to legalize millions of people who came here illegally. Thank you, Congressman Swazi, for letting us all know where you stand. Speaker 7 (9:59) Now, you may be saying fairly enough. All right, Dan, this is just a tool congressman from New York. Why are we paying attention to this idiot? Because, folks, I swear to you on my right arm, this is a mainstream position in the Democrat Party. There's probably less than five or six Democrats in the House and outside of Federer and probably no one in the Senate who believe the opposite, that you shouldn't leave. I'm being gracious with five. This is a mainstream Democrat position. There is an election coming up. Elections, I'll get into this later, but elections, the sports analogy just fails. I'll explain to you. I use it sometimes too. Like, ah, you know, it's this team playing that team. No, no, it's not because there's too many variables out of your control in sports. Whether, you know, how's the number three hitter feeling this day? He's got a hangnail. He's not in the mood. His girlfriend broke up with him. It was like the weirdest thing. We hired this guy once to work a party and his girlfriend broke up with him. It's a true story. And I'm like, what's going on here? This isn't like a counseling session. It was like the weirdest thing. There's too many variables out of your control. There is a variable in your control in an election. You know what it is? It's you. If you show up and vote in the numbers we did in the presidential election, we will win. If you don't, we lose. It's that simple. There's no other variable. Speaker 7 (11:18) You want this guy in charge? It's his number one priority. I wouldn't. Speaker 7 (11:25) you know this isn't the BS show. Folks, I had to tell you a lot of things, even in my time in the government. A lot of things people didn't want to hear, but I'm always telling you, I'm not going six feet deep as a liar for clicks. I'm not doing it. I don't care. I don't care if I have no listeners left in the end. It matters not. What matters to me is the truth. What matters to me is the truth. Speaker 7 (11:48) I'm telling you, this is a mainstream position in the Democrat Party if we fail to show up in this midterm election. Speaker 7 (11:57) So we know they're all in for legalizing millions of illegals who are here. He just said it. Here's another one. Here's Ro Khanna. Now, you would think, again, the Democrats, all they're talking about up to this election, even though they caused the affordability crisis with Biden's 9 % inflation and his just blowout spending agenda where they had to print a lot of money, you would think Ro Khanna and Swazi would say, my number one issue, producer Jim, is affordability and finding a way to get prices up. No. It's legalizing millions of people, his own words. And Ro Khanna's like, you know what another important agenda is?
