Speaker 1 (0:04) Welcome to Reshaping Workflows with Dell Pro Precision and NVIDIA, where innovation meets real-world impact in high-performance computing. Speaker 3 (0:20) Welcome back to another exciting episode of Reshaping Workflows with Dell Pro Precision and NVIDIA RTX Pro GPUs. Today, we got a fun one, and it's a short, so it's easy listening. So, Manav, welcome to the show. Take a second, introduce yourself a little bit about your background, and then we'll jump right in. Speaker 4 (0:37) Hey, thank you, Logan. Thank you for having me. Manav Sehgal. I am founder of Reinfold, an AI-native startup that I... bootstrapped a couple of months ago. Before this, I spent nine years at Amazon scaling AI products, including Alexa AI and some of the frontier model work that Amazon did. And prior to that, I've done a couple of startups and worked with one of the largest digital media groups, Daily Mail Group, again, helping them transform from traditional newspaper to digital media. So Speaker 3 (1:13) yes, very happy to be here. Yeah, you've done a lot. So now you're with Orion Fold. Tell everyone quickly what Orion Fold is, kind of the mission, what you do, and then we'll jump into the reason that you're here. Speaker 4 (1:24) Sure. The mission is simple and yet ambitious, AI for everyone. The reason I started Orion Fold was as I was adopting AI as a knowledge worker within Amazon and scaling AI-enabled products. at literally a planet scale that Amazon sort of enabled, I noticed a few gaps, both in terms of knowledge worker tooling, as well as enterprise scale adoption of AI. And few of those gaps were limited capabilities on the edge. Most of the focus was frontier models, cloud-based models, and of course, you're very well aware of some of the challenges of recent times that we're facing on token maxing, ROI, and so on. So I wanted to solve those itches, if you may. And the other sort of challenge that I wanted to deliver to was how much could I AI max as a solo founder, building my own tools, my own harnesses on my own desktop with a very low cost base? And what does that sort of get me? Can I 10x? So that was the... the thesis that I
