Normally on Mondays, we have Q and AF. That's where you submit questions and we give you the answers. Now the questions could be about anything. Typically they're about business life, how to make more money, how to kick ass, et cetera. Be an awesome American. You could submit your questions a few different ways. First way is guys, Speaker 2 (1:00) you can email these questions into ask Andy and Andy for seller.com. You can also check the links in the description below, submit them there, or just drop them literally in the comment section of the Q and AF videos on YouTube. Speaker 1 (1:11) Throughout the week, we're going to have different episodes as well. We're going to have 75 hard verses occasionally. That's where people come on the show. They talk about 75 hard, how they were before, how they are after, and how they use 75 hard to transform their lives. You can get the entire Live Hard program, which is the world's most famous mental transformation program ever. You can get it for free at episode 208 on the audio feed. There's also a book available on... Andy for seller.com called the book on mental toughness, which gives you the entire program in that book as well. Plus a whole bunch of other information on mental toughness, how to use it, uh, and how to be the best that you can be utilizing it. Um, with that being said, uh, we're the biggest show in the world that doesn't run ads. Okay. And we don't run ads because I don't want you to think that my opinions and DJ's opinions are for sale. They're not. Okay. We keep it real here. We say what we think. Sometimes we're right. Sometimes we're wrong, but it's always what we think and we ask in exchange for that That you please help us grow the show. Okay? If you see a clip out there that you like, if the show makes you think, if it makes you laugh, if it's something worth sharing, do us a favor and share the show. Don't be a hoe. Share the show. Yeah, I got lost in it for Speaker 6 (2:26) a Speaker 1 (2:26) second. Speaker 2 (2:27) Hell yeah, Doug. I actually, I just checked, man. We got to give some props to our awesome listeners out there. I think this is going on almost two weeks. Top three in the world, baby. Really? We're still up there, Doug. Yeah, Speaker 1 (2:41) we Speaker 2 (2:41) have been. Speaker 6 (2:44) It's cranking it out. Yeah, let's see. Oh yeah, three. Yeah. I just looked at them. Let me see this real quick. Speaker 1 (2:52) I'll take that. Rolling. Yep. Three in all categories on audio. Our YouTube is a little slower. We've been doing this for 10 years. We've Speaker 6 (3:00) only Speaker 1 (3:00) been doing YouTube for a few years. YouTube's Speaker 6 (3:02) a different animal. Speaker 2 (3:03) It's Speaker 6 (3:04) just a whole different animal. No, Speaker 2 (3:05) man. That's fucking sick, dude. That's cool. Speaker 6 (3:07) That's fucking sick. Hell yeah. How you doing? I'm good. Good weather outside. Speaker 1 (3:13) Drove my truck this morning. Decided to go home. The middle of the day and get my bike. We're in that weird season. It would have been cold to ride this morning. Speaker 2 (3:21) Yeah, like in the morning, it's like fucking 52 degrees. By noon, it's 1,000. When I Speaker 1 (3:26) left, it was like 50-ish, and I was like, I'll come Speaker 2 (3:30) back later. Yeah, it's a little chilly. Yeah, we're in that weird time of season right now, man. But I don't mind it, you know? No. Park is in the morning, short day afternoon. Park is back at night. Speaker 1 (3:39) The only thing I have a problem with with this time of year is how it starts getting dark earlier. Yeah. I don't like that. It Speaker 6 (3:44) does get super dark. You know Speaker 1 (3:47) Fall in Missouri is pretty nice. It's hard to argue with. Speaker 2 (3:50) Yeah, no, Speaker 1 (3:51) 100%, dude. Speaker 2 (3:52) I got to make sure I don't sneak into hibernation this year. Yeah, Speaker 1 (3:55) you know what I'm saying? Yeah. Fuck it. Yeah. Speaker 2 (3:59) You know what I'm Speaker 1 (3:59) saying? Bro, I feel like that when I go home at like 530 and it's starting to get dark. Yeah. And then like in the middle of winter when it's like dark at like 415. I hate that Speaker 2 (4:08) shit. Yeah, it's miserable, man. Tell Speaker 1 (4:09) me where I should rent a house this... You guys tell me in the comments where I should rent a house this winter so I don't have to deal with this shit. Speaker 2 (4:16) But where's the place? Isn't there a place like in Alaska? It's like daytime for like 20 hours. Speaker 1 (4:20) Yeah. Would you like Speaker 2 (4:20) that though? Or is that too Speaker 1 (4:22) much? I think that depends on the summer and the winter. Yeah. Depending on what they're. No, dude. I just don't want it to get dark. I want it to get dark at like eight Speaker 6 (4:29) at Speaker 1 (4:30) the earliest. That's a good time. Yeah. Speaker 6 (4:32) That's Speaker 1 (4:32) a Speaker 6 (4:32) good time. Eight o'clock, you know. I want some sunshine. I want some fucking. I Speaker 1 (4:37) don't really care if it's warm. I just want some sun. Speaker 6 (4:39) Just Speaker 2 (4:40) sun. Yeah. Yeah. Like, dude, Speaker 1 (4:41) even in Colorado, like when I go out there, I love Colorado. You know it could be cold, but it's sunny like I like that Yeah, you know no problem sitting outside in a fucking jacket. Yeah, or a coat Whatever Speaker 2 (4:53) different to cuz I gets cold, but you don't even fucking feel it Yeah, Speaker 1 (4:56) what's cuz everybody else is out there, and you can't be a bitch and everybody else That's true. Speaker 2 (5:02) Hell. Yeah, man. Well. You know there's Speaker 1 (5:05) nothing better than dude. There's there's there's like Three times. Speaker 1 (5:13) Where like the beer tastes better than any other time you have a beer one of them is when you get done mowing your grass And it's hot yeah one of them is definitely sitting outside the bottom of mountain in Colorado Yeah, you know it's like after you were skiing you do one run, and then you just drink the rest of the day Yeah, that's nice. Yeah, and then you go up for one last run. You're like fuck I should have drank so much. Yeah, you think you're a fucking downhill skier Yeah, and then the third time the third time I I haven't I haven't discovered. Yeah, I'm still looking for that Speaker 2 (5:42) No, actually, I got the third time for you. Yeah, Speaker 1 (5:43) when? Speaker 2 (5:44) Fucking fresh off the tap at AB. Speaker 1 (5:46) Oh, yeah. Well, not everybody gets to do that. That's why it's a great Speaker 2 (5:50) beer. Speaker 1 (5:50) It's a great beer. That's a special beer. Speaker 2 (5:52) I was going to say stolen beer, but that Speaker 1 (5:55) probably isn't. Did you ever steal beer? Speaker 2 (5:56) No. We Speaker 6 (5:57) did. Speaker 2 (5:58) No. Who? Speaker 6 (5:59) You Speaker 2 (5:59) said Speaker 6 (5:59) free beer? You Speaker 1 (6:00) never stole beer ever? No. Oh. I fucking stole beer. Fucking right out of people's garages. We didn't have that's Speaker 6 (6:08) what Speaker 1 (6:08) we did when we were in high school, bro It was a thing you'd fucking pull up for all surprised. We didn't get shot Back when people didn't used Speaker 4 (6:14) to lock the front Speaker 1 (6:15) door that did garage door be open Speaker 3 (6:17) and everybody had a beer fridge and dude You go in the neighborhood Yeah Speaker 4 (6:21) And Speaker 3 (6:21) you'd fucking pull up like a house down and somebody would run would be the runner and run in and go in the beer fridge Get some beers and we fucking be out and we didn't take all the beers. We just took a few just Speaker 2 (6:31) enough Yeah, Speaker 3 (6:32) we Speaker 1 (6:32) left Speaker 6 (6:32) up Speaker 3 (6:32) some That was the Kirti. Speaker 6 (6:35) Yeah. Speaker 1 (6:36) Everybody Speaker 3 (6:36) kind of knew it was a thing. Like the neighborhood kids stole your fucking beer, bro. Fucking beer fairy guys. Yeah, that's right. The beer tax. Yeah. Where'd you get those beers? I don't know. Yeah. But yeah, man. Speaker 6 (6:49) I Speaker 2 (6:49) can imagine Speaker 3 (6:49) just like a drunk. Bro, desperate times call for desperate Speaker 6 (6:52) measures. You got to do what you got to do. Speaker 3 (6:54) Yeah. You got to do what Speaker 6 (6:54) you got Speaker 3 (6:54) to do. I used to have a fake ID. It fucking worked amazing. But sometimes it didn't work. And that's when we had to resort to extreme. Measures breaking and entering. Well, there was no breaking. Yeah, Speaker 2 (7:06) it Speaker 3 (7:07) was it was kind of borrowing Yeah sometimes I think about like the houses that I used to take beer from and I want to go back and like put beer in their fridge I feel bad about it. Yeah, I've never stolen shit, bro, but beer I've steel. Yeah. Speaker 2 (7:19) Yeah, Speaker 3 (7:19) you Speaker 2 (7:20) know, all right. No, that's fair It's fair. I could just imagine Speaker 4 (7:22) how the conversation would go you going to their door and if they see you, it's like, I stole some beer from you like 20 years ago. Here you go. Like I'm grown up now. Here you go now. Speaker 1 (7:35) Bro, we should do that and film it. Cause I know one particular house that we hit all the time. Yeah. Speaker 2 (7:40) Hmm. Speaker 1 (7:41) Yeah. Speaker 2 (7:42) Yeah. Speaker 2 (7:46) Yeah, no, no still we didn't we didn't have I mean like you could fuck with crackheads back in my day, bro Speaker 1 (7:51) We had a kid we had a kid our little group that we ran around with his real fast Well, I sent him in Oh what time we were going through what time we were going through this fucking neighborhood and we stopped and It was the first time this has ever happened. Like I was not privy to the fucking beer stealing Yeah, like I didn't know that this is what we were gonna do. Yeah He's like we're driving down the road and his name was Derek. He's like stop stop stop and I'm like, all right He fucking jumps out. I had a Jeep he jumps out the Jeep and he runs down the street and I'm like the fuck's going on and Like 30 seconds later. I see him running back and he's got like a suitcase of beer another suitcase another and he's like And I'm like, holy shit and he jumped in we took off a drink the beer that's great Yeah, and then it became a thing Speaker 2 (8:42) That's crazy. I didn't. Yeah. Speaker 1 (8:43) No, no. I don't even know if I should be admitting this, but it's the stupid shit you do when you're a kid. I'm surprised I didn't get shot doing it. Speaker 2 (8:51) Yeah. Different times, dog. Yeah. Speaker 1 (8:53) You think Speaker 2 (8:54) you'd still be like effective at it right now? Speaker 1 (8:57) Man, I don't know. I think I get too nervous No, Speaker 6 (9:02) dude, Speaker 1 (9:06) it's like when you're when you're that age you don't ever think of anything you're like yeah, what consequences Yeah, yeah, Speaker 2 (9:12) right and Speaker 1 (9:12) plus dude. There is the internet now. Yeah, Speaker 2 (9:14) the Speaker 1 (9:14) internet didn't exist back then the dude catch you and he'd yell at you and you'd be a beer back and that'd be the end of it. Yeah Right Speaker 4 (9:21) now the guy comes out of the garage and he's wearing a bison shirt. Yeah Hey, Andy. I'll give you one more. Speaker 1 (9:32) No shit. Yeah kids make stealing beer great again Speaker 1 (9:40) Drink responsibly. Close your garage. Close your garages. That's right. Yeah, Speaker 6 (9:45) man. Speaker 2 (9:45) Fuck, dude. Speaker 1 (9:47) I'll never forget that visual of him running down the street with that fucking beer. I'll be fucking dying on my fucking deathbed, and that image of him running down the street with the fucking beer will still be in my head. Speaker 2 (9:57) Were you guys selective on the type of beer? Fuck no, dude. Whatever you Speaker 1 (10:00) did. Speaker 2 (10:00) We Speaker 1 (10:00) got Speaker 2 (10:00) whatever the Speaker 1 (10:01) fuck we could. Speaker 2 (10:02) Yeah. Don't go to that guy's house. He only has fucking natties. We didn't Speaker 6 (10:06) care. We didn't care. No, fuck Speaker 2 (10:07) no. We drank Speaker 6 (10:08) natties. Speaker 1 (10:08) We Speaker 6 (10:08) love natty light. Speaker 2 (10:09) Mmm. Oh you were Speaker 6 (10:10) one of those guys. Speaker 1 (10:11) Yeah. Yeah, bro a 12 pack a handful a 12 pack of Miller Lite bottles used to be 509 At that gas station down the street from your house on over there under the bridge. Yeah, there's that quick Mart on the left 509 12-pack Miller Lights, bro. That's crazy. They didn't check IDs. That's crazy. Fuck. What is it right now? Speaker 1 (10:33) Oh, yeah. We went to 509. That's what we call the gas station. That's crazy. That's in your neighborhood, too. Yeah. Speaker 4 (10:39) It's $13.99 right now. Yeah, 509 inflation. Thanks, Obama. Speaker 1 (10:44) Yeah. No shit. You and your free fucking cell Speaker 6 (10:47) phones, motherfucker. Speaker 2 (10:49) Yeah, man. Well, we got some free cell phones later coming up in the show. Oh, do we? But I wanted to check something. Speaker 1 (10:55) You Speaker 2 (10:55) got any free beer? Yeah, something like that. You know, something like that. But, you know, based off your convo, going somewhere where it's, you know, sunny and nice has its dangers. We have to go to Australia real quick. There is a man I would like to introduce you to. Croc Turnbill. Croc. Okay, this Speaker 6 (11:11) is Speaker 2 (11:11) this guy's name. He's a real life, you know, Dundee. I think that's what they call these guys. He looks like it. And, you know, he actually has a cool little channel. He gives like, you know, fatherly advice type stuff, right? Let's check out his most recent advice. Somebody asked him a question. Check this out. Can Speaker 4 (11:27) someone please explain to me why guys back in their cars into spaces, especially when they don't need to and it adds more time? It just seems like a masculinity flex and it doesn't make any sense to me. Wow, Speaker 8 (11:38) that's a really embarrassing way of announcing to the world that you can't drive for shit. And honestly, mate, I've got a sneaky suspicion that you back into things all the fucking time. But honestly, parking your car and reversing your car into a car park, there's a lot of reasons why we do it. Main reason is safety. Okay, it's actually a lot safer to reverse into a car park, but when you're pulling out, it's a lot safer. When you're backing into a car park, you already know that car park's empty. There's nothing there you can hit. There's no cars. There's nothing in it. So you just back into it. When you're pulling out, when you're pulling out, you're pulling straight out, you can see exactly what's in front of you. You can see where there's the cars there. You can see where there's kids. You can see where there's pedestrians. And you can just drive straight out. If you drive in and park nose into a car park, when you leave, you've got to back out and you're backing out blind. So you can't see what's behind you. you're backing out onto traffic onto pedestrians it's for safety okay simple as that you know and honestly if you can't reverse park into a car park go and hand your license in and hand in your keys you shouldn't be on the road okay but it's easy it's easy to back into a car park mate just practice backing up a bit just don't do it in the bedroom okay practice it in the car park you're practicing you're backing up obviously in the bedroom too much Speaker 1 (12:54) I like him. Hey. I Speaker 6 (12:56) like him. That's good, solid advice. Speaker 1 (12:57) That's a man of truth. Yeah, that's good, solid advice. That is, you know what? Cheers. Cheers to crack Dundee. That's right. The real one. That's Speaker 6 (13:07) right. Hell yeah. Gotta have some fucking freedom. That's right. They need some of that over there. Pick up your local C-Store and grocery. That's right. Speaker 2 (13:15) Hell yeah, man. Well, guys, it is time to cruise. Remember, if you want to see any of these pictures, articles, links, videos, go to andyfrasella.com. You guys can check them all out there. Let me say, let's get this cruise going. Let's do it. Headline one. Speaker 2 (13:31) Hell, I won COVID 2.0 is here. Oh, really? Oh, it's here. White House monitoring suspected plague outbreak in Russia after lab worker dead, hundreds quarantined. Yeah, this is this is interesting. Let's dive into this a little bit. White House is aware of a suspected plague outbreak in Russia, and it is, quote unquote, monitoring the situation after a young lab worker was killed and some 200 others reportedly forced into quarantine. An official said Daria Shiplova, a 28 year old researcher at an anti-plague research institute in Russia's eastern. How do you pronounce that? Icoost region. Sure. Reportedly died after breaking a test tube containing the plague pathogen, although Russian officials have refused to say whether or not she contracted the disease. The Trump administration is aware, monitoring the outbreak and assessing options. Speaker 8 (14:30) A lot of unknown here, but the genesis is reports in Russia of a worker dying at a Russian plague research center after Russian health officials said an employee there was diagnosed with pneumonia from an unknown cause. The U.S. State Department is now weighing in, saying, quote, we are aware of reports of a fatal case of suspected pneumonic plague in Russia and are monitoring the situation closely with the CDC. and our other interagency partners, end quote. Russian regional officials are taking anti-epidemic measures, and the Russian agency that handles infectious diseases now denies reports there was any accident at the institute and that no other infections have been detected. At least three hospitals have confirmed to ABC News they are under quarantine, and the State Department said, quote, Many details have not been confirmed. We encourage Russian authorities to share accurate information quickly and openly, George. Speaker 2 (15:27) Yeah, so there's Daria, right? She's apparently been working there for quite some time. Marco Rubio, again, they said State Department chimed in on this. That was pretty much the extent of what he said. Now, for any of those people out there. So Speaker 1 (15:42) she broke a test tube of pneumonic plague. And died of pneumonia. Right. But they don't know if it's related. Speaker 2 (15:50) Right. Got Speaker 6 (15:50) it. Right. Because the Russians, Speaker 2 (15:52) you know, they don't want to share information, right? Now I watch a lot of like psychological thrillers. I like the CIA shit, you know I know you watch a little bit of that stuff too, right and it's funny dude because I feel like you know You know in these shows it's almost like they vent using these shows like they kind of vent the shit the nefarious stuff They got going on through these television predictive programming something like that, right? But you know that's in one of those shows too, right? So that means they're not doing it but one thing that I've always found interesting dude is like, you know, they You watch these shows and. Speaker 2 (16:27) what is told to be happening to the public through the media, things like that, versus what actually happened. Two different fucking completely different things. Yeah. Right. Now, I think it's important for everybody to remember the context of what's happening in the world right now, specifically with Russia. Who are they fighting? They're fighting Ukraine. They've been fighting Ukraine for fucking six years. Right. Now, I remember doing a podcast episode with you five years ago where we talked about some bio labs out of Ukraine. Speaker 1 (16:56) You mean when we told everybody there was biolabs and everybody said we were crazy and then six months later it came out there were biolabs? That's right. Yeah, I remember that. That's right. Speaker 2 (17:05) And then even here recently, former DNI Tulsi Gabbard, she confirmed it without a shadow of a doubt not too long ago, saying that there was actual longstanding evidence that the United States government has funded over 120 biolabs in... over 30 countries, Ukraine being one of those that contains a shit ton of biolabs, specifically in the area around Kiev. Speaker 2 (17:36) Right? But it didn't, you know, this is just conspiracy, right? It's just conspiracy. Speaker 2 (17:43) I want to show a video for those who know this woman. What's her name? Sarah Jacobson, I believe is her name. Speaker 2 (17:52) I'm going to show this video because she was actually just asked about this specifically. I guess she was on a podcast. She did this interview about the pneumonic plagues and things like that. And she actually was saying that that would be the next piece, the next fucking big thing in the world. Let's check this clip. Speaker 5 (18:11) PAULA FROELICH, M.D.: Pneumonic plague. What's that? PAULA FROELICH, M.D.: Which, okay, we all know bubonic plague. PAULA FROELICH, M.D.: Pneumonic plague is the aerosolized version of bubonic plague. PAULA FROELICH, M.D.: Bubonic plague, a flea from an infected flea bites you, you get bubonic plague. PAULA FROELICH, M.D.: Pneumonic plague, it gets into your lungs and it becomes aerosolized. PAULA FROELICH, M.D.: Pneumonic plague has a case fatality rate of 100%. PAULA FROELICH, M.D.: Unless you get antibiotics into your system. within 24 hours, you have a chance at living. If you don't, you die 100%. It is what the Defense Department, FEMA, HHS, CDC, WHO is probably the most afraid of. It's called a Tier 1 select agent. It's one of the most likely to be used, and it's a 100 % killer. And now imagine if you could genetically modify that to evade cure. So imagine if antibiotics no longer work. Speaker 2 (19:07) But here's the good news, Andy, because even if it was, you know, worked on and modified in the lab, right, and no antibiotics cured it, there's here's some good news. There is a country very recently has just produced a cure. You want to take a guess at what country that is? Israel. Oh, man. And first, Israeli researchers develop mRNA jab against antibiotic resistant bacterium where they dive into it. In the current study, the researchers chose the far more virulent pneumonic plague. A disease that spreads through the air and causes respiratory illness, making it particularly difficult to develop a vaccine. Pneumonic plague still appears in outbreaks in places like Madagascar. Quote, something that is airborne is always more difficult than something that is caused by bites, he said. It's very aggressive. So if you don't treat it with antibiotics immediately, the chances of survival is zero. But thank the Lord and heavens for them. They developed a pneumonic plague vaccine. mRNA. Speaker 2 (20:16) MRNA based to battle this. And this came out, this was in July of 2025. So they've been having this. And now here we are, not even barely a year later. The plague is here. Andy, what's your thoughts on all of this shit, dude? I Speaker 1 (20:30) don't know yet. You know, when we covered the COVID. Speaker 3 (20:38) Crime against humanity. Speaker 3 (20:40) We spoke about this over and over and Speaker 1 (20:42) over Speaker 5 (20:42) again, you know Speaker 5 (20:49) Back then we were talking about Speaker 1 (20:52) how We felt that this was a compliance exercise. You know, with the mask situation, who was going to wear the mask? Who wasn't going to wear the mask? How much of the population wouldn't? Same thing with the vaccine situation. We know that they fudge the numbers completely, okay? They were using PCR tests that the cycle rate was turned up to detect the smallest molecule that you could of any virus that would cause a positive. They were counting those as COVID positives. People who killed themselves were getting, you know, marked as COVID deaths. People who died in automobile accidents, people who were murdered. These were all being counted as COVID deaths to pump the numbers. Plus, they were incentivized by a $15,000 to $30,000 Speaker 3 (21:42) bonus every single time they did this. Speaker 2 (21:45) So Speaker 3 (21:45) they were incentivized to do this. Speaker 1 (21:48) We all knew that there was a lot of bullshit behind this. Okay. People weren't falling over dead. Um, were people that were 80 years old getting it and dying? Sure. Um, but young people weren't. And. As we said multiple times during that period of time, you know, all it would take for them to have a successful execution of this would be for them to release something that was actually deadly. Right. And if they release something that was actually deadly, there would be a and there has been a break in trust to where if this comes back around. Not very many people are going to go along with it, no matter what they say, because we don't believe them. That's right. And in that scenario. Speaker 1 (22:40) I believe that they will turn around Speaker 3 (22:42) just like they did during COVID and blame the people who are sounding the alarm based upon the past experience and then handle them in some sort of quote unquote criminal fashion, right? Camps, isolation, potential, you know, extermination. Because I believe that's where they would have taken it had they had the support. that they thought they were going to get. Yeah. And so anytime that I see these stories where, you know, some bio lab had a leak and someone, you know, like we covered that story
