Hit that subscribe button, girls. Speaker 2 (0:59) Hold on. That's pissing me off. Let's try it again. Okay, okay. Okay, you guys. We're going to attempt this shit the correct way because I don't understand why my brain is not capturing this. Speaker 3 (1:07) All right. Let's Speaker 2 (1:07) do this again. Welcome back to another episode of Pretty Not Smart with your host, Louis, aka The Baddest Perra. And Speaker 3 (1:12) Yoatsi, where if you're not subscribed, you're definitely pretty not smart. But if you want to be both, you better subscribe. Speaker 3 (1:20) We got it. Speaker 1 (1:20) Here we go. Speaker 3 (1:22) I feel like what Speaker 2 (1:22) happens every time is that I'm already thinking of like what I want to talk about with you. So it kind of intertwines with the intro and I just fucking. No, Speaker 3 (1:30) Louis, you're just dumb. Speaker 2 (1:32) No, it's a word of honor. Speaker 3 (1:34) That's what happens. But before we continue on to today's juicy ass fucking episode, we do have your guys' dumb ass moments of the day. Speaker 2 (1:43) Because we're all Speaker 3 (1:44) pretty not smart here. And our wonderful producer, Crystal, who is not in office today. We actually have May in office, who is like super sick. But he's in office because Crystal's on vacation. Speaker 2 (1:58) Crystal's always on vacation. Guys, we haven't Speaker 3 (2:00) had Crystal in the studio for like fucking three weeks. Yeah, Speaker 2 (2:04) bye, Green. Speaker 3 (2:05) Bye, Green. This is your farewell. Speaker 2 (2:08) But Speaker 3 (2:09) she still sent me your guys' pretty not smart moments in everyday life. Let's say this one's funny. It says, hello, Louie and your hot. See, they Speaker 2 (2:21) did. They Speaker 3 (2:22) did. Your heart capital hot. See, I love and adore you as stupid as the most. And listen every day during work. Thank you. My pretty not smart moment has to be the time when I was telling my classmates my dream career. I told them I wanted to be in law and I wanted to be a prostitute. Not realizing the actual name was prosecutor. My teacher sent me to the office to call my mom about what I said, not realizing I meant prosecutor the whole time. Why did she Speaker 2 (2:58) say my students? Speaker 3 (3:01) She said my students? Yeah. Speaker 2 (3:03) Unless you read it wrong. She's Speaker 3 (3:04) like, Speaker 2 (3:04) I was telling my students. But then she said she has to go to the office. I was like, is she the teacher or a student? Speaker 3 (3:09) Oh, I was telling my classmates. Speaker 2 (3:11) You're the stupid one. And you said they're dumbass moments. It's Speaker 3 (3:15) fun. Speaker 2 (3:16) I read it. I mean, I was listening to you and I was like, she was telling her students and she got sent to the office. I was like, okay. My Speaker 3 (3:23) classmates. Sorry, girl. It used to be the time when I was telling my classmates my dream career. That Speaker 2 (3:29) was funny. That was funny. That's definitely a pretty nice moment. Well, I Speaker 3 (3:33) hope that when you get older, you do become a prosecutor and not a prostitute. What's Speaker 2 (3:37) a prosecutor? Speaker 3 (3:38) A prosecutor? The one that's Speaker 2 (3:40) like, you out, you get in. Speaker 3 (3:43) Wait, I think, uh, uh, ah. Let me, it's like a. Speaker 2 (3:48) The ones who make the final decisions, you know? Speaker 3 (3:50) No. Speaker 3 (3:54) Prosecutor definition. I got it. A prosecutor is the past tense of a verb. Oh, wait. In law, it means to charge a person with a crime and try them in court to prove if they are guilty. Speaker 2 (4:06) Oh. Speaker 3 (4:07) I Speaker 2 (4:07) get it. Speaker 3 (4:10) It's the prosecutor. The person in charge of that. Speaker 2 (4:13) Yeah, that's what I was saying. The one that's like, you did this. Get out. Speaker 3 (4:15) You move. Speaker 2 (4:17) Well, anyways, prosecutors, we went to a club hosting not too long ago. We Speaker 3 (4:23) did. Speaker 2 (4:23) And it was so, so fun. We got to see so many of y'all. In the Speaker 3 (4:28) Bay Area. San Jose's not the Bay Area. It's really close to the Bay Area. So, yeah, it is. No, it's not. Man, fact check that shit. Speaker 2 (4:38) Is San Jose the Bay Area? It starts, like, past San Jose. Speaker 3 (4:44) No. Speaker 3 (4:47) I feel like San Jose is part of the Bay Area. Speaker 2 (4:51) May is going to fact check that for us. But it was such a fun moment. Every time we get to see you guys, it's really fun. And seeing like your guys' support in person is always like mind blowing. It's Speaker 3 (5:03) crazy. Speaker 2 (5:04) Yeah. Oh, and May is going to bring it to us. It's not. Speaker 3 (5:07) It says, yes! San Jose is part of the San Francisco Bay Area. In fact, it is the largest city in the region by both population and land area. Speaker 2 (5:20) I thought it was San Francisco. I Speaker 3 (5:21) told you, bitch. San Jose. In the club hosting, I kept saying Bay Area. And Louis kept saying, it's not the Bay. I was like, yes, it is. It's because Speaker 2 (5:30) I was like, I don't want to say it is. And then people jumped me. No, yeah. So I was like, I'm not going to sing. I Speaker 3 (5:36) have some stories about the club hosting, though. Good or bad? Good. What? No, this one was bad. It was me, though. It was all me. It was all me. What? Well, you know Tabath. As soon as we got there. Speaker 2 (5:48) I went Speaker 3 (5:49) to go home. Speaker 2 (5:51) I saw it with my own eyes and I was like, what the? I was so confused. But then I also figured. Speaker 3 (5:57) It's because I didn't know what happened. I got really bad imposter syndrome. That's what it was. If you don't know what imposter syndrome is, it's basically when you're like put in a situation where you're like, what the fuck am I doing here? Speaker 2 (6:14) Like I don't belong. Speaker 3 (6:14) I don't belong here. Like this isn't. Speaker 2 (6:16) It almost feels like performative. Speaker 3 (6:18) Yeah, like if you're impersonating someone. Yeah, Speaker 2 (6:20) there you go. There you go. It Speaker 3 (6:22) sounds like this is not for you. Like, I don't know how to explain it. Like you're faking Speaker 2 (6:26) it. Speaker 3 (6:26) Yes. So I got... I'm so embarrassed. But I got there Speaker 2 (6:31) and Speaker 3 (6:32) I was like, for like me and Louis. And I was so excited. But the moment that I got on stage, I just feel like it felt not real. And I was like, uh... Speaker 3 (6:45) I literally didn't know what to do. It felt so weird. I got anxiety. I got scared. So I went to go hide with my friends. Like literally Julie, Yami, they were like behind us. I went with them and I was like all the way in the far back. Speaker 2 (6:58) Yes, I remember I was taking pictures with y'all and like getting y'all's phones. And then one of them, I wanted to get Yuatsi and I started turning. I was like, where the fuck is Yuatsi? And then I looked all the way in the back of the stage and I was like, bitch, what are you doing? So I tried like pulling her, but you could tell she was like uncomfortable. Yeah. So then I was like, okay, maybe like she just wants to breathe. And then it wasn't until I went to go touch up my sweaty ass that she was like, I panicked. Speaker 3 (7:23) Poor Louis. I left them up there by himself for a good minute. It was like five, ten minutes. But it felt like a long time. And he like, he held that shit down. It was just him. And then at one point, Alex and Andrea were like, bitch, go, go. And they were dragging me. And I was like, stop! Speaker 1 (7:38) I Speaker 3 (7:38) literally had to tell him. I was like, stop. I was like, I do not feel good right now. I need to ground myself before I can fully go out there. I was like, hold the fuck up. I literally had to just take a bit. I think what grounded me was when you went to go touch up and I followed you and I started talking to you a little bit. Speaker 1 (7:55) I Speaker 3 (7:55) was like, okay, this is fine. Pretty not smart. It's okay. And I started seeing our pictures and I was like. Okay, you got this. Speaker 2 (8:01) Yeah, yeah, yeah. Speaker 3 (8:01) And then also I did take two shots and that helped. Speaker 1 (8:04) That Speaker 2 (8:05) loosened you up. It Speaker 3 (8:06) loosened me up and I was like, okay, wait. And then the rest of the night was really, really fun. Speaker 2 (8:10) Yeah, and then the rest of the night you definitely had fun. Speaker 3 (8:12) I Speaker 2 (8:12) don't think I ever get like imposter syndrome when it comes to doing stuff with y'all. I also feel like you got it a little bit during our first show in LA. Oh, yeah. I caught you a few times kind of like being like, oh my God, like what's going on right Speaker 3 (8:26) now? Yeah. Speaker 2 (8:26) I don't feel like I get it with y'all. And that's probably the times that I don't get it because I feel like the connection that we all have and it's probably why it helps you too is that you guys aren't just like. yelling and staring at us if that makes sense like you guys understand our humor and you guys talk to me the way I talk and the jokes that we have and like for example that day people were bringing like little cut out pictures of us people had like memes of us people had the memes of me I was the abuelita I remember that somebody made a drawing people were like where's Adam like just things like that where like it makes me feel like it's I don't get the imposter syndrome because I'm like everyone here knows the world that I'm living in, if that makes sense. Yeah, Speaker 3 (9:12) yeah, yeah. Like they're part of my world. Yeah, Speaker 2 (9:14) but I do get it in very, in many other scenarios where it's like, if it's like a carpet or if it's like something where there's a bunch of influencers or things like that where I'm like, I don't think, or like an event. Speaker 3 (9:27) Yeah. I Speaker 2 (9:28) feel like I'm like, I don't belong. here like i feel like i feel like i'm pretending to be one of them yeah yeah i think that's what Speaker 3 (9:33) happened to me and i think it made it worse because i also have stage fright and i don't know just the fact that we were on stage it made it a little scarier i Speaker 2 (9:43) was like Speaker 3 (9:45) oh my god oh my god what the fuck but Genuinely, Miami Club in San Jose was super great. They were great hosts. At the end, they fed us. They brought like tacos and quesadillas and we were fucking that shit up. But I have something to tell Louis after he was long gone. Wow. Speaker 2 (10:04) I left my Uber. Speaker 3 (10:06) Yeah. So, Louis was like, because he was wearing these big ass fucking boots. I Speaker 2 (10:10) still have on boyas from Speaker 3 (10:11) Louis. Dude, I don't know how the fuck. They were higher than my shoes. And I was like, poor Louis. I was like, your feet are going to hurt. Speaker 2 (10:17) They were. I couldn't walk correctly for like two days. We're like medullion stepping. And Speaker 3 (10:22) at the end of the night, he was like, over it. He was like, you have to get the fuck in my Uber. And I was like, no, it's okay. I was like, I'm going to stay in here. He's like, all right, bye. So, Louis left. I stayed for another like. I want to say like 20, 30 minutes after. And we were still eating and we're vibing, whatever. And there was a few people left from the club. So it was really cool. It was really great. And then it was time for all of us to leave. And it was me, Louie, Yami, Wing. Speaker 2 (10:49) Louie. I'm like, what? Speaker 3 (10:51) Me, Alex, Yami, Wing. And then like two other friends that were with us. And we were walking. We decided to walk because we looked and my hotel was really close. So I was like, girl, there's nothing happening. I'm going to just go. The streets were like dead quiet. This was at like four in the morning when we're walking to our hotel. And there's this like random homeless guy that was just like standing there. We walk by him. And we just keep walking. And I turn and he starts following us. And he's just like walking behind us. But he looks hella out of it like zombie vibes. He's like what, Speaker 2 (11:31) 3 a.m.? Speaker 3 (11:32) No, it's like 4 a.m. Oh, shit. And he looked hella out of it like just zoned out like staring. And I was like, is he following us? And we were all pretty buzzed. Like all of us, including May. Like we were all really buzzed. And we're walking and then we're walking slower and he's still walking. So then I'm like, girls, I grab Alex. I grab the girls and I pull them to the side to like let him walk in front of us. He stops right in front of us. He literally just stops. And I was like, are you following us? This is drunk white ways. So I have more balls than usual. And I was like, are you following us? And he just looks at me and he just shrugs his shoulders like, I don't know. And I was like, what the? fuck and then i was like you stop fucking following us and yami and wing you know how yami is she can't take anything serious yami's just cracking the fuck up yeah he's like And I was like, Yami, stop. So then we keep walking and the fucking guy is still following us. He keeps following us. And I turn around again. I'm like, can you stop fucking following us? And he's just like staring. And I was like, oh my God. I was like, he's fucking on fucking something because I don't think he can process what the fuck's going on. So Speaker 2 (12:40) it Speaker 3 (12:40) was Speaker 2 (12:40) giving kind of like, he doesn't really know what you're saying. Speaker 3 (12:42) Yeah. So then there was another guy that was with us. I'm not sure who he was, but he was just like tagging along with us. But he was part of the club. So I wasn't. Like he wasn't weird or anything. Speaker 2 (12:53) And Speaker 3 (12:53) at the end, Speaker 2 (12:54) that guy stays Speaker 3 (12:54) behind with him and he ends up like talking to him. They end up having a combo. And I was like, okay, I don't know any of them. I'm leaving. So that's Speaker 1 (13:03) when Speaker 3 (13:03) I was like, okay, bye. And I just ended up walking and the guy stayed there. But the guy looked a hell out of it. And it was so scary because he was literally following us. But I feel like his brain was like not fully there. He's just like, people, let me walk. Like, I don't know. Like not sure Speaker 2 (13:19) what he was doing. Speaker 3 (13:20) Yeah, but he was hella drugged out or something. He was not fully there. Speaker 2 (13:26) So that's Speaker 3 (13:26) what Speaker 2 (13:26) you missed at 4 a.m. Yeah. I just, I couldn't take a single step. I figured your feet. My feet were hurting. I just assumed y'all were all Ubering. Speaker 3 (13:36) And then I also didn't get scared because a few feet ahead of us, there was cops. There was like a whole cop car. So I was like, if anything, I'll be like, cop! So, but he just looked hella like. dumb if i do say so myself he Speaker 2 (13:51) did he Speaker 3 (13:52) literally was like just like staring and i was like are you following us and he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't even know he was just like i was like what the fuck i would Speaker 2 (14:02) have been scared Speaker 3 (14:02) he didn't even look old either he looked like he was in his mid-30s and he didn't look hella like dirty either so i don't know but he he still fucking spooked me the fuck out yeah Speaker 2 (14:13) that's why i just ubered home Speaker 3 (14:15) That's Speaker 2 (14:16) what Speaker 3 (14:16) I should have done. I should have Uber my ass home. Well, I tried putting Speaker 2 (14:18) you in the fucking Uber and... No, he did. He said, Speaker 3 (14:21) get your ass in. He kept having people come get me, but I was like, I'm chilling, Speaker 2 (14:24) Louie. I did go to sleep well. Yeah, Speaker 3 (14:27) we ended up getting to the hotel at like... 4 30 if Speaker 2 (14:31) there's one thing I look forward to doing on a daily It's going home laying down on my couch getting nice and comfy with my lola blanket And either scroll on my phone or watch tv, but that is a must in my daily routine And apparently a must for everybody else who comes over to my house Because everybody wants to lay on my couch and steal my lola blanket. I was already an hour into sleep by then. Speaker 3 (17:14) Yeah, we got there so late and then I had a bionico that I bought from earlier in Watsonville. So I was like, I Speaker 1 (17:22) ate Speaker 3 (17:23) my bionico. It was so bomb. And then I showered and then I knocked out. I was like, Speaker 2 (17:29) Girl, I already had like two hours into my sleep at that point. Speaker 3 (17:32) But you know what? I was so mad because I over here in Southern California, it has been balls hot, like so stupid hot. And when we went to San Jose, I was like, oh my God, the weather's going to be so cold. It's going to be so great. Bitch, it was just as hot in San Jose. So Speaker 2 (17:49) hot. Speaker 3 (17:50) I was so fucking mad. Watsonville boiling hot too. And Alex's mom was like, yeah, this has been the hottest week. And I was like, of course we had to come on the hottest fucking week. Speaker 2 (18:01) And while she stayed over there and I came back, I came back and it was raining over here. So I was like, what the? It rained for like two days, but it was really humid and like sticky and muggy to a point where I literally felt like we were walking in Hawaii. I was like. That makes no sense. That's earthquake weather. It is. It is. Or Speaker 1 (18:22) is Speaker 2 (18:22) that like hurricane weather? Speaker 3 (18:23) Bitch, we don't get hurricanes here. Speaker 2 (18:24) Oh, what are hurricanes? Speaker 3 (18:26) The bigger like winds and like we don't get hurricanes here. We get earthquakes. Speaker 2 (18:31) But that is hurricane weather, right? Oh, no, that's no. That's tornado weather. Speaker 3 (18:36) Is it? Speaker 2 (18:37) When it's like hot and cold and it mixes. Speaker 3 (18:39) Is it just making you shut up? I swear. Because we heard that from Sharkboy and Lava Girl. When the hot and the cold chase each other round and round. Is Speaker 2 (18:48) that Speaker 3 (18:48) where I heard it from? Yes. Speaker 2 (18:49) I swear that's the actual scientific fact. No, Speaker 3 (18:52) bitch. This is from Mr. Electrocutitar. Bitch. But I Speaker 2 (18:57) swear it's real. Sharkboy and Speaker 3 (18:58) Lava Girl, they're like, look, a tornado. And he gives his scientific explanation. He's like, when the hot and the cold chase each other round and around, that forms a tornado. Speaker 2 (19:07) Well, that's how I thought they formed. Speaker 3 (19:09) I mean, it probably is how they formed. It is. Speaker 2 (19:12) I was like, I don't know where I got that info from, but I know that's how they're formed. Speaker 3 (19:16) Sharkboy and Lava Girl. Speaker 2 (19:17) It's going to be our costume for this year. Speaker 3 (19:19) I know. Speaking of costumes, guys, spooky season is here. Not yet. It's September. It's September, gorsh. High five to Thanksgiving. Eso es en noviembre, wey. Speaker 2 (19:32) I'm over it. Honestly, I'm over it. You Speaker 3 (19:35) guys, you know what? We're still recovering from the club hosting. It's because when you get close to like your 30s, it takes you four or five days to fully recover. A week at that point now. So I'm Speaker 2 (19:43) not going to drink for a whole nother man. So don't invite me out. No more club hosting. Speaker 3 (19:46) It takes us a minute to recover. Are you going to decorate for October? I don't know Speaker 2 (19:54) yet. It takes too much time. Just kidding. I Speaker 3 (19:57) don't think I am. Speaker 2 (19:58) I want to focus more on Cuismois. Speaker 3 (20:00) I want to focus on just getting my fucking house together. Speaker 2 (20:03) That too. I definitely need Speaker 3 (20:05) to Speaker 2 (20:05) put my house together and check. I haven't been home for a cute little minute. So it feels very much like clean, clean, clean, clean, clean right now. Speaker 3 (20:13) Yeah, that's
