Speaker 3 (0:00) It's Friday and apparently the group chat has been subpoenaed because today we have texts, lawsuits, restraining orders, dead boyfriends, and Chris Harrison fighting for custody of a rose. We also have Gypsy Rose. She's taken over over the new cycle because her relationship has now reached a new peak. Her partner, her longtime lover, Ken. has suddenly died. Gypsy Rose says that she believes it was an overdose. But so far, we have lots of questions. And I think those questions may start with what happened to her mother. Then we're headed straight back to Cornell because Jane Doe's alleged text messages are now making more headlines, including what she reportedly told one of the accused men just days after being allegedly assaulted. But before anybody declares a case closed, there are even later text messages that tell a different story. So we're putting the timeline on the board and we're looking at all of the receipts. Meanwhile, Lindsey Clancy's defense just got another noop from Judge Sullivan. Halle Berry's custody battle has gotten even uglier. Rick Ross has been arrested. Chris Harrison is back on television. And The Bachelor apparently wants him to keep their roses out of his damn mouth. Guys. It's Friday, the courts are messy, the group chats are messier, and somewhere Chris Harrison is staring dramatically at a single rose wondering where it all went wrong. Grab a cocktail or a coffee if you're pretending to make good choices this weekend because we've got a lot to get into. Speaker 2 (1:33) Let's dive in. Speaker 3 (1:35) This Speaker 2 (1:36) is No Filter Speaker 3 (1:37) with Zach Peter, your go-to source for all the latest pop culture and reality TVT, surf fresh all week long. Speaker 3 (1:50) Now, let's dive in. Speaker 3 (1:54) What's up, guys? Welcome on in. Welcome on in. We have so much to get to today. It is officially day five of my candida cleanse, and I'm feeling good. I'm a little annoyed this morning. I'm a little agitated, which when you're going through sugar and carb withdrawals, you can get a little agitated, but good for the most part. I feel I feel, I mean, I'm not out of that. They say after the first week is when like the, the candida die off fog clear. So hopefully soon I'll be on the men's I'll be clear. I'll be sharper. I'll be more focused, but so far so good. I started my peptides. Very excited for my peptides. I'm on the glow, the globe, the glow, the glow package, the glow combo, whatever the I'm on the Kris Jenner one, the glow combo. And it's supposed to help with like, and then I have a special one for muscles. Ooh, look at that. Ooh, yeah. So let's get it. Someone said, so please don't poke the bear. Yeah, let's not poke the bear today, Christina. Like, you know, I was already popping off all week on the live chat. And I'm like, okay, let's try to not poke the bear. Because I feel like people come in and they're like, poke, poke, poke. And then I pop off. They're like, Zach, why are you popping off? And I'm like, well. If you don't poke the bear, you won't get the pop off, right? Luckily, unlike Gypsy Rose, though, I don't fully execute. Speaking of executions, Krista Pike, remember the woman from yesterday who survived her execution? She's now been hospitalized. She was in critical condition. Speaker 3 (3:38) I guess now, I Speaker 2 (3:40) think there may have been some brain damage Speaker 3 (3:42) last I heard. She's not doing too hot, but she's still alive, which is just crazy. And then I was learning more details about how she like. how tragically, or not tragically, but like brutally murdered, I guess it was tragic too, but how she brutally murdered that other girl and like drew a pagan star on her. Like, that's crazy. And then it was like, she was trying to kill the girl and then she was complaining that the girl wouldn't die. And then people were like, ooh, how crazy. She tried to kill the girl and the girl wouldn't die. And then now here she is and she's not dying, even though she's had two lethal injections. So I don't know what is going on over there in Tennessee, but. It ain't looking good. And then apparently people did a prayer vigil for Krista, the woman who like brutally and like terribly murdered another young girl. They did a prayer vigil for her. And I'm like, a prayer vigil for the murderer? Like, what? Like, have people fully lost their minds? I just don't understand. Like, that's crazy. Crazy, crazy, crazy. Speaker 3 (4:49) Oh, her boyfriend carved the pentagram, not Krista. Got it, got it, got it. He's out on parole now. Got it. Okay, so Holly clarified that it was not Krista that carved the pentagram. It was her boyfriend that carved the pentagram. Got it, got it, got it, got it. Yeah. But I don't know. Krista's still kicking. We'll see. A prayer vigil for the murder. Yeah, people lost their damn minds, Copper Mountain. People have lost their damn minds. Isaac says, of course she had a boyfriend. Yep, the boyfriend carved the victim Speaker 2 (5:22) with a pentagram or whatever it was. Speaker 3 (5:26) Is it a pentagram? Is that what it's called? Is that what it's called, a pentagram? That's not what I said, right? Speaker 3 (5:33) pentagram yeah okay it was pentagram okay i don't know why it just looked funny okay um speaking of killers speaking of killer chicks uh gypsy rose it's gypsy rose Speaker 3 (5:47) Oh, Krista carried the skull. Yeah, the details are great. She took a rock and broke her skull and then took part of the skull as a Speaker 2 (5:54) souvenir. Yeah, that's the one that they're doing a prayer Speaker 3 (5:57) vigil for. That's the lady that they're supporting. I guess because women do no wrong. I don't know. Patrick Clancy probably convinced Krista to do it too. Who knows? Nobody knows. Okay, Gypsy Rose. So her partner, I guess because they weren't really married, like she, he was her pen pal and then she got out of prison and then she fell in love with somebody else and married somebody else and then she divorced him and went back to Ken and I believe she has a daughter with Ken, if I'm not mistaken. So her man, Gypsy Rose's man, Gypsy Rose Blanchard. Her man was found unresponsive at his Louisiana home yesterday, which also happened to be his birthday. And according to reports, Gypsy, she had texted him happy birthday. She didn't get a response from him. So her brother Dylan and his wife went over and I guess they found him because they were going for dinner and they found him and he was dead. And I guess her sister Autumn is the one that confirmed, yep, he's dead. And so Gypsy, Gypsy, which is crazy because this happened. He was found unresponsive yesterday, Thursday, October 1st. Okay. Yesterday, Thursday, October 1st, less than 24 hours. And Gypsy Rose is already releasing her official statements to people, people.com. And Gypsy is telling people that Ken died of an overdose. She says that she doesn't know what substance was involved. And she doesn't know whether or not it was intentional, but she called him an amazing father. And she said that he'll forever be her soulmate. She said, I don't know if it was intentional or not. He was not in a good state of mind lately. I'm in disbelief. I can't think. I've screamed until my throat burns. Ken endured an unimaginable level of public scrutiny and relentless cyberbullying across social media platforms, including TikTok and Reddit. The cruelty directed toward him was something no human should have to endure. I believe the tremendous rate of the scrutiny and harassment has had a profound... impact on him. And I hope his passing serves as a reminder that there is a real person behind every screen, every headline and every comment. Isn't this weird, right? Like, am I the only one that finds this exclusive statement where like, she's essentially like setting up what happened? Like what? Like she's telling us what like, first of all, she's not sad or like grieving. She's like, oh my gosh, she's telling us she's grieving. She wants us to know that she was grieving, that she was screaming into her throat hurt. Speaker 3 (8:30) She conveniently wasn't there with him on his birthday, but text him happy birthday. Somebody else happened to find him. And suddenly she's coming down. She's like, he was sad. You know, oh, my God. It's so I'm so sad that he's gone. But like he was sad. He was struggling. Cyber bullies, you know, they I don't know if it was intentional or not, but cyber bullies, you guys, you know, just letting you know, he was bullied online. I just want you to know bullying online can make people do things. I don't know if he was willing to take his own life or not, but I'm just saying things online can make people do things. I'm like, does she think we're stupid? Speaker 3 (9:07) What? Speaker 3 (9:09) What? Like, that's weird. Gwen says, of course it's weird. We're talking about Gypsy Rose after all. I mean, yeah. Ellie says going to people is very strange to grieve. Seems so soon. No, it was less than 24 hours. The body wasn't even cold yet. It's crazy. Like, it's one thing to issue a statement of being like, yes, the reports are true. Because like, if it broke in the news, right? Uh-oh. Like, Caden Panettiere. You know, it broke in the news that there was a woman unresponsive believed to have been Hayden Panettiere. And then, you know, once speculation spread on TMZ, like TMZ, like went to confirm with people close that, yes, it was indeed Hayden Panettiere. But like not even Brian Hickerson issued any sort of like statement about Hayden. Right. And about what happened to Hayden. But Gypsy Rose is already coming out and being like, yes, you know, it's she's like painting the whole picture. He was sad and he was cyber bullied. And, you know, I text him on his on his birthday and he didn't even text me back. See, I text him. I wasn't there with him. I text him on his birthday. I text him. I was I was not with him because I text him. See, like that's some some Patrick Clancy ninja in the night type of shit. You know, I'm just like, I'm not accusing her of doing anything. I'm just saying she has a history of doing things. And I don't know. Speaker 3 (10:33) You know, I don't know. She says it now as the dead men don't tell tales. She can look earnest. Yeah. Which again goes to my theory that like if Patrick really wanted to kill Lindsay, the best way to do it was to just kill Lindsay. Right. Then she couldn't misremember things. She wouldn't need to be told what happened. Cause like she could have remembered what happened. Like it's actually kind of crazy. Anyway. I just think it's odd. But so this is the entire Gypsy Ken timeline. So they were prison pen pals and then they got engaged and then they broke up and then she married Ryan Anderson. That's right. That was her husband, Ryan Anderson. And then she left Ryan and then she reunited with Ken and then she got pregnant with Ken and then she had their daughter, Aurora. They've had a turbulent relationship and then poof, he's dead. So there you go. She didn't do it. Not at all. Not one bit. I don't believe Gypsy Rose would ever do anything like this. Speaker 3 (11:34) Ever. No. Not at all. No. Speaker 3 (11:45) I'm going to leave that with you. How's her mom doing, by the way? Speaker 2 (11:51) Scarce. Speaker 3 (11:52) All right. Let's move on to Lindsay Clancy. Let's get it. Let's move on to Lindsay Clancy. Speaker 3 (12:05) Okay, so Lindsay Clancy was back in court this week, and we know that Reddington was trying to get, he was trying to basically get her released free because he was claiming that there was not enough evidence to actually, the prosecution didn't have enough evidence to prove that Lindsay had actually killed her children. Well, Judge Sullivan is now denying Kevin Reddington's motion, asking him to enter a not guilty fine. not guilty finding following the mistrial. So. He wanted the judge to overrule the jury's decision and determine it not guilty. And he's been fighting to get that any way he can. Sullivan, Judge Sullivan, concluded the prosecutors presented sufficient evidence that a jury could find Clancy criminally responsible for killing her three children. very important because it completely tears down one of Reddington's post-trial attempts to end this case and not have a second trial. Reddington essentially made two arguments, right? First was that the prosecution hadn't sufficiently proved that Lindsay had actually committed any of the killings. And then second, that they hadn't sufficiently proved that she was criminally responsible, given the evidence of what he claims is psychosis. So. Judge Sullivan rejected both. He said, not today, Satan, not today. And then he wrote that the prosecution presented physical and circumstantial evidence from which a jury could find the elements of murder beyond a reasonable doubt, like the holdout juror determined. So it doesn't look like he's going to get the holdout juror tossed. It doesn't look like he's going to get that overturned. But on criminal responsibility, Sullivan did emphasize that. There was some conflicting expert testimony and the Commonwealth presented three experts that testified that Clancy was capable of appreciating the wrongfulness of her conduct, right? She knew what she was doing. She was aware of it. And then the defense presented experts who disagreed with that. So Sullivan did say that Massachusetts law leaves the conflict to the fact finder, which usually is the jury. they have to make that determination because when we learned this with Blake, what was it? If it's a matter of law, the judge can decide on it. But if it's a matter of fact, then it must be decided by a jury. So the judge is not allowed to rule on that because there are two conflicting accounts of was she or wasn't she. And there was evidence and experts on both accounts. So then the jury has to determine what the facts of the case are. Speaker 3 (14:42) So, Speaker 2 (14:42) yeah, we'll Speaker 3 (14:44) see. The next hearing is scheduled for November 2nd. Yeah, I mean, listen. He tried. Reddington was trying and the Clancy's were happy about it. But like the Clancy's just keep losing. They keep being like, Speaker 2 (14:58) see, yes, we got it. See, yes, it's this. See, yes, it's that. Speaker 3 (15:03) Nope. It's none of those. I wonder what Matty Addy is doing these days. Is he still selling? Speaker 3 (15:10) Let's see Speaker 3 (15:13) Let's see, let's see, let's see. Let's check out Matty Hattie and see. I mean, I'm sure he's loving all of this promotion. Speaker 3 (15:22) I know he was fighting with Lauren. Did he post? Nope, that was his last video. Speaker 2 (15:49) Are Speaker 3 (15:49) we, we're like happy that Lindsay, the woman who strangled her three children looks happy? I don't even want to give him the energy. He's clearly just rage, like engagement fishing. Okay. So he's still an idiot. Okay. Kevin Reddington is backpedaling. Yeah. He's backpedaling now because he realized what he did and he realized the mob that he set off. And then, you know, I mean, he's clarified it a number of times on the different interviews that he's given since the court hearing. But of course the Clancy's only want to hear what they want to hear. And they're fucking delusional. So. There you go. Speaker 3 (16:29) All right, let's take a quick break and then we'll dive into, oh, let's get into the court now. Seven, lots to get into there. Celebrity court, we got Halle Berry. Her custody battle's getting crazy. Rick Ross has been arrested. Chris Harrison is battling The Bachelor. Lots to get into. I hope you're ready to dab. Speaker 2 (16:47) And I Speaker 3 (16:48) don't know if you're feeling like me, but over the summer, I kind of fell off on my diet. I'm not feeling my best and I want to get back on track. And I know the best way to do that of hitting my nutrition goals and making my life more convenient. is Factor. Factor makes
