That's Speaker 6 (1:52) not funny. That was funny, though. That's not funny, but it's funny. I Speaker 2 (1:55) can't be in a room alone with him for five minutes to just absolutely pummel him because I'd get sexually assaulted. Wait, Speaker 6 (2:03) you want five minutes alone in a room with Deshaun to beat him? Is that what I'm hearing? Speaker 6 (2:20) Back to macro dosing. It's nano dosing. It is Tuesday. It's August 25th. Speaker 4 (2:25) What happens when you lock 18 coworkers in an office for one week to compete for a quarter million dollars? Happy birthday, Arian. Fellas, is it appropriate for a grown man to take a day off work for his birthday? Speaker 2 (3:12) 40th birthday. Speaker 4 (3:13) No, but I think what he was doing is he was pre-planning for to be a little banged up from his surprise party last night. So that's actually interesting. There was a surprise party for Arian last night that we... would have gone to had we not had to go to Camp Barstool today. But he didn't know that, obviously. So was he planning on just like... Speaker 5 (3:40) Stella Speaker 4 (3:40) Blue Coffee's new can lattes are Speaker 5 (3:42) here. Speaker 4 (4:27) Getting drunk. Yeah. Like just by himself? Like what was his plan? I Speaker 6 (4:32) think he probably was under the impression that he was going to go out for dinner or something. I guess so. Have a few glasses of wine. Wouldn't have had Speaker 4 (4:38) to show up at the restaurant. Yeah. Yep. Okay. That makes sense. Speaker 6 (4:42) Yep. But yeah, happy birthday to Arian. He is 40. I think the nice thing that we could do is to maybe edit his Wikipedia page or edit the Wikipedia page for fumbles. Speaker 4 (4:52) I've never edited a Wikipedia page. Speaker 6 (4:55) Really? Yeah. It's the first time for everything. Well, Speaker 4 (4:58) you have to like log in, right? You have to like create an account. Yeah, I just never, I never cared that much. Speaker 6 (5:04) Yep. And as of right now, now wait one minute here. We might have done it because I mentioned this on yesterday's part of my take. I'm on the Wikipedia page right now for Fumble. Speaker 6 (5:20) There is no picture of Arian Foster fumbling the football anymore. We did it. Speaker 4 (5:25) Wow. Speaker 6 (5:26) We did it, Joe. Speaker 4 (5:27) It's Georgia and Virginia Tech from the 2006 Peach Bowl. Wow. That's amazing. We got to have a better fumble than that on there. Listen, Speaker 6 (5:38) I'll take it. I'll take it. And you can put Arian right back on tomorrow. But for his 40th birthday, I think this is a very nice thing that people did. That is nice. Wow. Speaker 6 (5:51) We can, you know, all it takes is good people. That's all it takes. Speaker 4 (5:57) But now should we change his Wikipedia to the picture of the fumble that was on the fumble Wikipedia? Speaker 6 (6:04) That would be very funny, yes. Speaker 4 (6:09) There's some of him at UT. Speaker 6 (6:12) That would be an all-time move. But I am looking right now and confirmed it is no longer the picture. And it was last night when I checked it out. Speaker 4 (6:21) Wow, so you did that. Speaker 6 (6:22) We did that. Happy birthday, Arian. Happy birthday, Arian. What a great gift to give someone. Not to brag, not to pound my own chest, but I feel like that's a pretty good Speaker 4 (6:30) present to give. What do you get for someone who has everything? Speaker 6 (6:32) Yeah, that's really the one thing that Arian needed. Couldn't buy it. I also said maybe we can take the fumble one down and then maybe we can have atheism. The picture be aired. That would be funny, actually, if it was the picture of him fumbling. Yeah. As the atheism Wikipedia page. Let's see what the picture for atheism is. Oh, it's just the logo. They Speaker 4 (6:56) have a logo? Speaker 6 (6:58) It's infuriating. Speaker 4 (7:01) The picture's not showing up online. Speaker 6 (7:05) The logo for atheism is an arch where it looks like an atom swirling around. Speaker 4 (7:10) It's called the atomic whirl. Speaker 6 (7:13) Okay. Speaker 4 (7:16) Based on the historical Rutherford model of the atom, which erroneously showed the orbital paths of electrons around the central nucleus and not on the atomic orbitals. So it's actually wrong. I've been saying that. That's a great logo for atheism, actually. I've Speaker 6 (7:30) been saying that. Yeah. That's not, the Rutherford model has been long since disproven. Speaker 4 (7:35) Yeah. Speaker 6 (7:38) All right. Well, happy birthday, Aaron. Hope you have a good one. Enjoy your day. I hope you got really drunk last night. He's Speaker 4 (7:45) not listening. Don't worry about it. Speaker 6 (7:46) He's not. Today's episode is brought to you by our great friends at DraftKings. Something big is coming. Speaker 6 (10:15) Do we have any fans in the house? I think I might be a fan. I Speaker 2 (10:18) don't know if I'm a fan. I'm wildly fascinated by this woman. Wildly fascinated. Speaker 6 (10:24) The picture that came out over the weekend of him golfing, I think that was in Scotland, and her just sprinting after the golf carts because they didn't want to give her a golf cart. It's so funny because she's got a little smile on her face. She's working hard. He's got this look on his face. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the actual scenario, but the way the picture is portrayed. He's almost like trying to check his rearview mirror, being like, dear God, get me away from this psycho. And she's running after him, looking like, what's her name, Ila Fisher in Wedding Crashers. Yeah. Speaker 6 (10:59) Now I have a theory about this, about the whole Natalie thing. And obviously this was all brought to light. There have been some articles written about her. She's been mentioned in some books. But it was kind of resurfaced by John Ossoff when he was giving a stump speech and said that all he wants to do is fly on his free plane and hang out with Natalie. And then everyone kept talking about it, like who's Natalie? And then everyone kept talking about it, talking about it. My theory on this... is that there might be some people on the right, Republican Party, that are fed up with Trump, and they keep bringing up Natalie, being like, don't talk about the president that way. Natalie is a great young lady. Like, they keep injecting it back into the news cycle. And if you're Donald Trump, and you want this story, you don't want people to talk about her. And everyone just keeps bringing it up in the spirit of defending you. But they could just not talk about it. That'd be okay. And it probably would have gone away if they didn't say anything about it. But people just keep talking about like, hey, you be nice to Natalie Harp. She's not actually fucking the president. That's disgusting to imply that she's having sex with the president. They're just they're saying it a whole lot, which makes me think that they are doing it. Maybe some of them on purpose to fuck with them a little bit. I don't know. That's just a theory I have, because I have no I have no idea why else they would keep bringing it up. Speaker 4 (12:19) I'm learning in real time. Who is this? Oh, Speaker 6 (12:22) the human printer. I see you guys Speaker 4 (12:24) text about that. I have no idea who this is. Speaker 6 (12:27) Oh, okay. We can back up a little bit. So she is his personal assistant. She tweets for him. She truths for him. So he'll just sit down and he'll dictate tweets and posts. Speaker 4 (12:38) In the, what was that? Was it a documentary? Yeah, Speaker 2 (12:42) it Speaker 4 (12:42) was her. Speaker 2 (12:43) Yeah, Speaker 6 (12:43) that was her. Yeah, okay. Speaker 6 (12:46) And she's called the human printer because she'll also print out good polls and flattering news stories. And then she carries around a portable printer, battery-powered. And she'll print these things out and then hand them to him and be like, look what this person said about you. Isn't that nice? That is her full-time job. She loves Trump. I think somebody pulled that on January 6th, she tweeted about Trump 150 times in the course of one day. On Speaker 2 (13:14) the OG January 6th? Speaker 6 (13:15) Yep. She credits Trump with saving her life because she had cancer and there was an experimental treatment that she thinks Trump personally signed off on to expand research that was instrumental in saving her life. I actually haven't looked into that. It might be true. So she credits him personally for saving her life. And she is, I guess to put it mildly, obsessed with him. And she's always around. Speaker 4 (13:44) And Speaker 2 (13:44) she also used to be an OAN anchor. She Speaker 4 (13:47) works for him? Yep. Okay. She Speaker 5 (13:50) was an Speaker 4 (13:50) OAN anchor. She's in the White House. That to me would explain why she's around. Speaker 6 (13:54) Well, she's in the White House. She works for him. She was a news anchor. Was it OAN or Newsmax? One of the two. OAN. And so she got hired to be pretty much like they say the personal printer. And also she types out some of the tweets. And she just kind of hangs out. And there was an issue of people that worked in the White House were, I guess, upset. They were concerned because she did not have any sort of security clearance whatsoever. And so after working there for like, I don't know, months or a year, they finally pushed her through on a security clearance. But nobody had like checked her out, looked into her past or seen if she was any sort of liability. And people that worked for Trump were like, hey, we should probably check her out because she is. Like, in his pocket all the time. So, yeah, that's her. That's Natalie. Speaker 4 (14:44) She went to Point Loma Nazarene University, the most beautiful baseball field in America. You ever seen that? No, where's Speaker 6 (14:50) that? Speaker 4 (14:50) It's in San Diego. Let me find it. I think it's, like, the best campus that there's supposed to be. Look at this baseball field. Speaker 6 (15:00) Let's take a look. Oh, my God, that's gorgeous. Yeah. Now, the timing of all this stuff is a little bit interesting, too, because... Speaker 6 (15:09) Levitt is out as press secretary, and there were some rumors that Levitt and her did not get along. Speaker 6 (15:17) Case in point, when he got switched on the planes, when they put him on a different plane because the Air Force One had some credible threat of being attacked by Iran. You heard about that story, right? Yes. So they did the switch. The catering truck drove some people off Air Force One, put them on a different plane secretly. I guess Levitt and many other people, like I believe Rubio, stayed in the Air Force One. Yeah, Speaker 4 (15:45) Rubio was on the... That plane. And Speaker 6 (15:47) then Trump and a handful of others, including Natalie, went on the secret plane. And so Levitt was like, hey, what the fuck? You put me on the plane that was going to get shot down potentially. And then she gets to ride on the safe plane. So people are thinking that she might be feeding some of the leaks and stuff behind the scenes right now. I don't know if that's true or not, but I think that would probably piss you off a little. Speaker 4 (16:13) Yeah, Speaker 6 (16:14) that's interesting. I don't know. Speaker 4 (16:16) About the Air Force One thing, obviously leaving all those people on it without explaining what was going on, very bad. But you do have to put that plane in the air, right? Let's say Iran really was going to shoot it down. Speaker 6 (16:33) Yeah. Speaker 4 (16:35) If all of Speaker 6 (16:36) a Speaker 4 (16:36) sudden Air Force One doesn't go anywhere and then there's a new plane taking off from somewhere, I assume if it's going to happen in that moment, Iran knows that that plane now becomes the target. Speaker 6 (16:46) Yeah, I guess what you could do, and I'm not a security expert, I guess you could get both planes on the runway or get them both ready for takeoff. And maybe as the old Air Force One, the one that's targeted, is like taxiing on the runway, the real plane with Trump on it takes off. And then Air Force One gets out to the tarmac and then turns around, goes back to the airport. Speaker 4 (17:11) Yeah, I don't know. It just seems like, I guess, who's the pilot that you tell? Like, hey, you got to go put this bird in the air. Speaker 6 (17:20) How would you feel if you were the pilot? Yeah, they probably didn't tell the pilot. I'd Speaker 4 (17:24) assume not. They didn't tell anybody else. How Speaker 6 (17:26) do you think that would shake out here at Barstool Sports? If there was a credible threat against Dave's life, we were all getting onto a plane. We were flying commercial somewhere. Speaker 6 (17:38) Then Dave got whisked away to a new flight. Everybody else took off. And let's just say, like, if he took Nadeau with him. into the catering truck how do you think Rico would react if he was put on a flight going up into the air that was a decoy plane yeah Speaker 4 (17:57) I don't know I think it'd probably be be a situation similar to today where most people are left to drive five and a half hours but the heavy hitters are on a private plane that is so I Speaker 6 (18:08) think you'd be you'd be safe going up to camp barstool yeah I would be safe uh Jerry O'Connell would be safe makes Speaker 4 (18:15) sense Speaker 6 (18:15) yeah I actually don't know who else is on that flight today. I guess we'll find out. Excited to have Jerry. Excited to have Jerry on the flight. I Speaker 4 (18:22) bet you do know who's on the Speaker 6 (18:23) flight. I mean, Big Cat, definitely. I would assume Hank. Max, I think the PMT crew. Sure. And then if Brandon Walker's not on the flight, he'll be very upset. Speaker 4 (18:37) Yeah, no, it's great to enjoy your private flight. Speaker 6 (18:40) Up to beautiful rural Wisconsin for Camp Barstool this week. Very excited about that. Speaker 4 (18:46) A lot of quick trips with a K in between here and there. Yes. That's my, that's my, I'll do a Casey's as well, but quick trip. The, the wrong quick trip is my, it's my Northern gas station. QT. Yeah. Is, is one of my go-tos. Speaker 6 (19:03) They got the Speaker 4 (19:04) cheese castle on the way. You're Speaker 6 (19:05) gonna stop by. Speaker 4 (19:06) I don't think you go that. You don't go, you go West. Okay. Not like up through Milwaukee. I passed the cheese castle the other day. Speaker 6 (19:14) Yeah. Speaker 4 (19:15) Well, I went, the Braves were in Milwaukee. So I had tickets for Friday and Saturday. My wife was out of town. And so I went on Friday, they scored a one run and looked abysmal. And they pissed me off so much that I just turned around and went home instead of staying in Milwaukee and going to the game on Saturday. At which point I discovered a nail in my tire and made it back to Chicago on a wing and a prayer. And then got a new tire Saturday. So Speaker 6 (19:46) you had to get a full Speaker 4 (19:47) new tire, couldn't patch it up? Yeah, it was on the shoulder of the tire, so they said they couldn't. That's Speaker 6 (19:52) what Speaker 4 (19:52) they tell you. They couldn't Speaker 6 (19:53) patch it. It's too close to the wall? Speaker 4 (19:55) Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 6 (19:56) If Speaker 5 (19:56) it's anywhere near the Speaker 4 (19:57) side, they'll be like, ah, I'd love to patch this up for Speaker 5 (19:59) you. Speaker 4 (19:59) So I was like, fine, get a new tire. Unfortunately, I can't. Speaker 6 (20:03) The Bravo is still in first place in the lease. Barely. The Phillies never lose. You worried about the Phillies? Speaker 4 (20:10) I just don't care anymore. They've won nine games in a row. Yeah, the Braves never win. The Phillies never lose. Whatever. Speaker 6 (20:18) What team are you afraid of? Besides, are you afraid of the Dodgers? Speaker 4 (20:22) I'm afraid of all of them. The Braves aren't good. Speaker 4 (20:26) I don't know that I'm afraid of any of them. They're all just better. Speaker 6 (20:30) So do you think that there's any chance at all that the investigation to the Lakers owner, also the Dodgers owner, might shake things up in Major League Baseball? Speaker 4 (20:40) In terms of what? Do I think they will find incredible financial crimes that would devastate any other franchise? Likely. Do I think anything will come of it? No. Speaker 6 (20:52) That's a good answer. Yeah. Because there is a chance. I think that if he has to sell the team or if he's booted, Shohei could become a free agent. He has Speaker 4 (21:04) that right in his contract. Yeah, there was some in his contract about that. The key man clause. Which is fascinating. I've never heard of that for any other player ever. Speaker 6 (21:11) Yeah, I don't know how many players have that. I know that it's not super uncommon in certain markets like entertainment or business. If you hire somebody that's top of the line, you go headhunting for somebody, they get hired, and then they want in their contract that, hey, if the guy that hired me... If he leaves, then I get to leave too. Speaker 4 (21:34) But a sports owner is really different than that. Because you're not, like players aren't dealing with the owner very often. Speaker 6 (21:41) Right. Speaker 4 (21:41) Dealing with the GM. Yeah, Speaker 6 (21:43) that's a good point. Like why would Shohei have that written into his contract about the owner? That's what I'm saying. It doesn't make a lot of sense, does it? Unless. Unless he knew something was going on. Precisely. Speaker 4 (21:55) There's a lot about Shohei that. Speaker 6 (21:58) There is. Speaker 4 (21:58) You're just not allowed to talk about for some reason. We Speaker 6 (22:00) can talk about it. Speaker 4 (22:02) No, I mean, we can. It's pretty suspicious Speaker 6 (22:06) stuff going on. He's an Speaker 4 (22:08) interesting guy. Great ball player. Speaker 6 (22:10) Great ball. Maybe the best we've ever seen. Maybe the best in the history of the game. You think that there's, who would you put, like Barry Bonds? I mean, yes, Speaker 4 (22:23) but he did steroids. The best hitter I've ever seen that there is no. Speaker 4 (22:30) suspicion of him using performance enhancing drugs as Albert Pujols. I don't know if you'd say he's the best ever. He's the best I've ever seen. Speaker 6 (22:37) In his prime, he was great. I do think that, I mean, what Shohei did, especially last postseason, that was the best
