And then I went to a gluten-free bakery. And Lexi, I had my first. gluten-free dairy-free donut. I had my first donut in like a year and a half and I had an out-of-body experience eating this donut. It was delicious. I'm Speaker 2 (2:26) so Speaker 1 (2:26) happy for you. Oh my God. We have someone from Copenhagen today. Oh my goodness. Hello. We have people visiting. Oh my gosh. Several other people who are new Speaker 2 (2:37) here. Hi everybody. Welcome. Speaker 2 (2:41) Well, let's go ahead and talk through kind of how this Q &A is going to work. It's going to be very similar to our other ones with Threshing Day as our topic of today's Q &A. We're so excited. And as a heads up for everyone, this Q &A. does indeed include spoilers for all of Threshing Day, as well as, of course, all three released books in the main Empyrean series. So please only stick around if you have read all the way through the end of Onyx Storm and Threshing Day. If for any reason you have not and you're bummed, you want to be able to tune into this, don't worry. It will, of course, be recorded like every other monthly Q &A, and you can tune into it whenever you feel like it. Speaker 1 (3:22) Absolutely. And if you have a question in the audience, I've already seen some people doing this. Please, please, please write because we want to bring your questions up onto the stage and talk about them. So write the word question, ideally in all caps, so that it's really easy for us to find and bring onto the stage and then write your word question. Yes. So question and then write your question. It makes it a lot easier for us to find it in the comments. Yes, indeed. Yes. All right. Speaker 2 (3:52) Oh my gosh. We have so many preselected ones already. So let's dive into a few of those and then bounce between that and all of these that we're already seeing here from this amazing audience. So let's start 200 people here right now. Wow. Hi Speaker 1 (4:05) everybody. Speaker 1 (4:07) All right. From Corey, what was your favorite tidbit that you got from thrashing? So not, I'm, I'm going to take off like a big, big info dump or anything like that. Like what was a small thing we liked from thrashing? So Lexi, we can't say Papa Sorengale on the page. Of course, that's going to be an answer for everything. You have to give me a little tidbit. What was my favorite little tidbit? I think. getting a lot more of Speaker 2 (4:35) garrick and imogen and really seeing we already kind of knew with her obviously but man garrick has it bad for her we even get a honey bear mention in zayden's pov where he calls him that um yes i think also oh gosh all of glaine like i've been really deep in imogen's pov this morning as i'm working on the outline for that and I love Glaine. So she has a tidbit and learning all about her and how she had been her grandmother's dragon, that she recognized her. This dragon's supposed to be dead. The, oh yeah, well, Glaine, your kill count's zero now. I just loved Speaker 1 (5:12) all of that there. everything with the like the line from Imogen where it was like a dragon who was supposed to be dead like that was just like that was so exciting I I agree with this completely Rhea I think
