Speaker 1 (0:00) When it's Speedo or Thong, it's just so liberating and like they make you feel sexy. I think we need more real guys posting in Speedos because so many guys think, oh, I don't have the perfect body for them. I can't wear them. And it's like, yes, you can wear them. The perfect Speedo body is the one you have. So just wear them and not worry about what other people say. Speaker 1 (0:24) Hey, everyone. Welcome to another edition of the Brief Talk podcast. We have another great podcast for you this week. We have someone who loves Speedos and Thongs and a little bit more. It is Frank. Welcome to the show. Hello. Thanks for having me. Good to have you. We have to thank Mr. Andrew for hooking this up because he is like my unofficial booker. He will go out and talk to people and be like, hey, you need to get on the podcast. And he sent it over and I was like. Yes, he needs to come on the podcast. So welcome. As I mentioned, you love Speedos and you love Thonks. And tell our listeners a little bit more about you. Speaker 2 (1:05) So I'm just like, you know, very normal down-to-earth guy. For me, like Speedos and stuff was always like a body confidence issue once upon a time. I've been wearing them for as long as I can remember, but... would never dare post a picture or let anybody actually see me in them all of that time up until a few years ago where I'm just like, I want to be comfortable. I would rather just wear a Speedo by the pool than only go when there was nobody around. And at that time, like I was just following like, you know, everybody's, you know, Speedo pages and blogs and all that kind of fun stuff. And I'm just like. I have lots of pictures of me, but I've never posted a picture of myself in a Speedo ever. And then one day I just said, forget it. I'm just going to make a new IG and I'm going to start posting. Speaker 1 (1:59) Nice. I Speaker 2 (2:00) never thought it would get as much following as it has. And it's led to some really cool opportunities with stuff, which were really surprising. But it's... Always really has been for me. It's a self-confidence issue. You know, like a lot of guys are like, you know, I struggle with my weight and, you know, I've got, you know, those self-esteem issues. But honestly, you know, speedo or thong, it's just so liberating and like they make you feel sexy. And it's awesome. Can't get around that fact. Speaker 1 (2:30) Yeah, I think because if you haven't looked him up yet online, he is not the muscle boy. He's a. It's a Speedos and Thong Cub, as he says. He's a little cub and he looks amazing in Speedos and Thongs. And, you know, we need more guys doing just that. Because it's not just for the muscle boys, it's for all boys. Good for you for taking the leap to do it. Thank you. And I do love your, I told you this before, I'm scrolling through your Instagram and I do love that flash singlet. It's like my favorite thing. Speaker 2 (3:10) I equally love the superhero Spandex. Speaker 1 (3:13) So we'll have him on the Spandex show because he's got a lot of Spandex and, you know, we have a whole podcast for that. So you sat on the sidelines for a while. And what made you finally just, like you said, what made you finally go, fuck it, I'm just going to do it. I'm just going to wear my Speedos. I like them. And I don't care what people say or that you told yourself that. Speaker 2 (3:36) I think it was just, it was kind of the exact same reasoning that I had just finally started to wear superhero costumes once upon a time. I had just seen lots of other people doing it. And the exact same way that I started with a Cyclops costume some 15, oh no, closer to 20 years ago now. It's been a while. I was just like, everybody else is doing it. I don't have the perfect body, but I have all the components. I'm just going to wear it out in public and see what happens. Speaker 1 (4:05) That's for you. Speaker 2 (4:06) Which is pretty much exactly how, you know, the Speedo stuff started. And then when it comes to my page, it was just of, I started to take, you know, pictures of myself, you know, but the only places that they were going on were like dating websites and private messages with, you know, people I was intimate with and that was it. And I was just like, this is gathering dust on my phone. They're not really doing anything. And then I just built up the nerve one day with the mindset of, I'm going to delete this in a day because I don't want that on the internet. And then I was just like, oh, it can stay. It's fine. There's enough degree of separation between my normal socials and the Speedo page. But one day I just said, fuck it. I'm just going to do it. Speaker 1 (4:56) Well, it's a very... I want to say G-rated because it's Speedos, but it's very PG-rated. So there's nothing to be ashamed of with the page. I do like that you were wearing matching thongs with people. Oh, yeah. Speaker 2 (5:14) Like my IG page is nowhere near as explicit as some of the other guys' IG pages that are out there. And I'm just like, I don't know how they get flagged. My account was actually in the red for a year over one time I did a live video where all it was was I was holding my phone up and just doing like a circle kind of shot of me like, hey, look what I'm wearing. Goodbye. Like nothing, nothing explicit, nothing sexual in any way, shape or form. But it was like, nope, you can't go live for a year. Speaker 1 (5:49) Oh, yeah. Speaker 2 (5:50) And then there's lots of other. I've learned angled shots that even if there's nothing inappropriate, the algorithms on Instagram do not like guys at Speaker 1 (6:01) all. No, you could be a woman and post in anything and they're quite good with it. And if you're a guy who posted anything somewhat revealing, they're just like, oh no, you can't post that. Oh no, a man shouldn't be wearing such a thing. And it's like, whatever. Pretty much. But that's good. I think we need more real guys posting in Speedos because so many guys think, oh, I don't have the perfect body form. I can't wear them. And it's like, yes, you can wear them. The perfect Speedo body is the one you have. So just wear them and not worry about what other people say. I Speaker 2 (6:38) mean, surprisingly, in all of the years that I've been wearing them out in public now, basically. I've only ever had one negative comment the entire time. Most people are just... doing their own thing and don't really care what anybody else is doing or wearing. But this was actually recently. I was on a speedo vacation with a friend and I had gone to go use the restroom. And as I was walking into the bathroom, a guy was coming out and he made a comment about, oh, you don't have long enough shorts? And I just kind of look at him with a blank stare on my face because he's actually now kind of like... blocking the door to the bathroom. And then he kind of repeats,
