Welcome to Brief... Speaker 4 (2:18) What's wrong with you? Speaker 2 (2:20) We're Speaker 1 (2:20) both going to say it at once? Speaker 2 (2:21) No. What do you want, Speaker 1 (2:22) CJ? He said we both say it. Did he not just say it? Speaker 3 (2:27) No, Speaker 2 (2:27) he didn't. You misunderstood. You guys are both guessing when to start instead of just being like on the count of three. CJ confused me. Welcome to Brief Recess. He's Michael Foote. I'm Melissa Speaker 4 (2:37) Malbranch. Speaker 1 (2:38) Today we're going to talk about... the debate of trips versus vacations, real actors versus fictional roles. We're going to talk about how Republicans love eating horses. We're going to talk about being hypocrites on trashy reality TV shows. We're going to talk about my drunk dishwashing cameos after getting kicked out of my Airbnb. And we have our new friend, the fearless and hilarious Suzanne Lampert in the studio for an interview and to answer all your wicked and wild tales from the DMs. So stick around, sit your ass back down. Speaker 1 (3:12) Repatriating. Speaker 4 (3:12) Yeah. Yes. Speaker 1 (3:15) And Speaker 4 (3:16) Andrew and I were going on a tour and the tour guide from the other tour behind us was talking to somebody. This Speaker 1 (3:24) was when you were in Scotland? This was Speaker 4 (3:25) when we were in London. Speaker 1 (3:26) Oh, okay. Speaker 4 (3:27) And they were like, She's going, you know, Megan, they're coming back and Megan's really going to make sure she's going to have to make sure that she has a lot of security. But the way that she said it made it seem like she was like, people had rocks. Speaker 1 (3:42) Like people were, oh, she was like rooting for. Speaker 8 (3:46) The Speaker 4 (3:46) other. Do you know what I mean? There was, there was, no, no, no. There was some, there was like this, a gleeful tone in her voice that I thought was really Speaker 8 (3:54) fucked up. Her Speaker 1 (3:55) husband's like a security contractor. He's about to win a government contract. No, Speaker 4 (3:59) I don't, it was like, you know, she's going to have to be dodging bullets. Ha ha ha. Like this weird fucking chortle. What? Do you know what I mean? And Speaker 1 (4:06) why are they going back? I missed all of this. I don't know. Speaker 4 (4:08) And I don't care very much. Yeah. To Speaker 8 (4:10) be Speaker 4 (4:10) honest. Like, it's not. But it's somebody, my cousin, who's really into this. She was just like, you know, the king isn't doing well and he wants his family around him. And I was like, are you sure? Speaker 1 (4:22) Or did they run out of money? Speaker 4 (4:24) Well, so she doesn't think they did because they have not sold their house. So when you need money, you have a fire sale because you know how much I love an estate sale. Speaker 1 (4:36) Oh, yeah. And we would totally go. We would fly out for that one. But I do feel like they needed some money because she did that like at home with Meghan Markle thing where she was putting like goldfish. in little bags and tying them up and saying that that was home cooking. Speaker 8 (4:52) It's like, everyone was like, what are Speaker 1 (4:54) you doing? I mean, I Speaker 4 (4:55) think, and she also apparently is going to be in a Guy Ritchie movie. I think that's what I heard. This is what I hear. I don't know. And I have to tell you, this is what I heard. I was listening to somebody else talk about it. I did. I do not know this for myself. I don't care that much. Speaker 1 (5:13) Let's get into a sidebar on actors who have to go back to work because they ran out of residuals. Okay. I've got no one else. I guess the Michael Jackson reenactor. Speaker 4 (5:25) The one from E? Speaker 1 (5:26) Yeah. Do you think they're going to roll him back out from E? Well, Speaker 4 (5:29) no, because he... We haven't seen him since, right? Did you look to see what people were saying who should play us? No. What did they say? So somebody said about you. I'm Speaker 8 (5:42) actually so scared. Speaker 4 (5:44) No, actually it was not. It wasn't bad. They said for you, Stanley Tucci, which I can totally see except that. He Speaker 1 (5:52) loves stealing roles from gay men. Speaker 4 (5:54) Right. But he's also short. He's a short king. He is a short king. I didn't know that. He's like 5'8", and you're a giant. Yes. But still, I think it'll be fine. We could put him on a stack of phone books. We could. We could. For me, people say all these random people. Speaker 8 (6:11) I stand by Speaker 4 (6:12) Whitney Houston. No. No. Mm-mm. Speaker 8 (6:16) No. Speaker 4 (6:17) You're not every Speaker 1 (6:18) woman. Speaker 4 (6:18) I'm not, and it's not all on me. I think that she... Like I said the other day, like there was like an ethereal. There was. Yeah. Speaker 1 (6:27) Which I. That's not. No one's ever going to have that. Speaker 4 (6:30) Right. I Speaker 1 (6:31) guess we're not casting the Whitney biopic. We're casting the Melissa. Correct. Speaker 4 (6:34) That's so that's like that wouldn't work. But people said somebody said Alfie Woodard. Speaker 8 (6:43) Love her. Love her. I don't know if that's you. Well, Speaker 4 (6:46) I don't know if it's me either. And I guess I don't Speaker 8 (6:49) know Speaker 4 (6:49) if Speaker 8 (6:49) I'm Stanley Tucci. I'm also 38. To say that Stanley Tucci is going to fucking play me. He's on Medicare. No. Like Stanley Speaker 1 (6:57) Tucci is going to play me in a movie. OK. I'm sorry. He's cracking out his goddamn frying pans on WilliamsSonoma.com. Can Speaker 4 (7:06) we just for a Speaker 8 (7:07) moment? We did say. Any age. Any age. OK. Or Speaker 1 (7:12) dead. That's on me and my memory. I can't be held responsible for what I cannot remember. Well, I mean, I think you Speaker 4 (7:16) should be held very responsible for everything that you say and do. So people said Alfre Woodard, which is cool. Somebody said this other woman who I didn't know her name, but when her face came up, I was like, oh, okay. Speaker 8 (7:33) Oh, she's the woman. Jennifer Lewis? Speaker 4 (7:35) Well, yeah, I saw the Jennifer Lewis one. Jennifer Hudson? No, Jennifer Lewis. Do you know who Jennifer Lewis is? Yes, Speaker 8 (7:40) of Speaker 4 (7:40) course. Yeah. I don't think anybody said Jennifer Hudson, but I have to find the name of the other person because- Tracee Ellis Ross? Yeah, I saw that and I think that's crazy actually. Speaker 1 (7:49) Yeah, that's a- That's a stretch. That's a casting stretch. I Speaker 4 (7:53) think that people are just throwing black actresses in a bowl. I Speaker 1 (7:57) was going to say, at a certain point, we're just naming black people. Speaker 4 (8:00) We're Speaker 1 (8:00) just Speaker 4 (8:00) naming black women, which is fine. Michelle Obama. Speaker 1 (8:03) Sure. Why not? And I mean, Tracee Speaker 4 (8:06) Ellis Ross, while it is age appropriate. Speaker 1 (8:09) Yeah. Speaker 4 (8:09) We do not resemble. At this point, guys, you guys are not even trying anymore. Right. Like, and I get it. It's fine. Like, you're racking your brain trying to come up with. Any black actress and you're choosing Tracee Ellis Ross, which is a huge honor because she's gorgeous and talented and all the things. But we do not favor each other. I'm Speaker 1 (8:29) about to get into the second season of Desperate Housewives, which is the Alfre Woodard season, which is the most, if anyone knows what I'm talking about, Desperate Housewives, Alfre Woodard's on that show for season two. Speaker 4 (8:42) The one with. Speaker 1 (8:43) Yeah, with Terry Hatcher and Marcia Cross. Did you not Speaker 4 (8:46) watch that the first time around? I Speaker 1 (8:47) did, but I'm rewatching. Oh, okay. Speaker 4 (8:49) Because Speaker 1 (8:49) it's been about, it's been a minute. It's been like 15 years. And you feel like you need to revisit it? Yeah, because I like to have a little something going when I'm folding laundry. Like, it's very- And Speaker 4 (8:57) that's the choice? I'm not, it's not even a judgment. It's more like a curiosity. Speaker 1 (9:02) It is, because every episode I'm like, that was actually really fierce. Like, some of it is actually kind of fierce. Okay. Like, okay, so season two is actually kind Speaker 8 (9:12) of fierce. Speaker 1 (9:14) Have you, do you know anything about season two? I don't remember anything. Okay, no spoiler. I guess spoilers. It's been, you had a minute. I'm going to spoil it. Alfre Woodard has her son who killed someone. He's mentally ill, chained to a bed in her basement for Speaker 4 (9:30) the entire season. For the whole season? The Speaker 1 (9:32) whole show. Okay. The whole story arc is 22 episode, all season two. And her son is chained in the basement the whole time. It turns out it's the other son who killed the girl. Speaker 4 (9:43) Not the one who's chained. Not the mentally ill one. Speaker 1 (9:45) So, Alfre Woodard murders the other son and runs away with the mentally ill one under the cover of dark. Oh, okay. So, a very realistic sort of representation of life in America. I mean, listen, I think Speaker 4 (10:00) in this point in time, nothing matters. Anything can happen. Speaker 1 (10:03) Yeah. Yeah. And so, I am really excited because there are some crazy plot lines like that. Mm Speaker 4 (10:09) -hmm. Speaker 1 (10:10) Get writing like that. AI could never write that shit. Speaker 8 (10:13) AI could never. Speaker 1 (10:14) AI could never. AI could never. Write Alfre Woodard chaining her son to a bed in the basement. Speaker 4 (10:21) What do you got? Don't come here with your diseases. No, Speaker 1 (10:26) I'm Speaker 4 (10:26) not Speaker 1 (10:26) diseased. Speaker 4 (10:27) Okay. Speaker 1 (10:29) Speaking of things that sound like a disease. Okay. Yeah, Speaker 4 (10:33) I had haggis. So I, Andre and I were, okay. So first I asked this question on my socials and I'm going to ask it now. Do you, Michael Charles Foote, think that there is a difference between going on vacation and going on a trip? Speaker 8 (10:49) Yes. And Speaker 4 (10:50) what is that difference for you? Speaker 8 (10:52) If I'm visiting family. Yeah. Speaker 4 (10:54) What is that? A Speaker 8 (10:55) trip. It's a trip. Speaker 4 (10:56) Right. Okay. Yeah, no, it is. Speaker 8 (10:58) Yes. Yes. Speaker 4 (10:59) You will not. Yeah. You Speaker 1 (11:01) won't be vacationing. Speaker 4 (11:02) No. If there's family involved. I mean, I think it depends on which family. Yeah. Right. So. Speaker 8 (11:08) No. Speaker 4 (11:09) For me, it depends on which family. I think traveling with my parents. Yeah. Was always very stressful for me. Yeah. Always really stressful. They don't listen. You Speaker 1 (11:23) become like a teenager again. Speaker 4 (11:24) It's a weird mix between being a teenager and a parent. Speaker 1 (11:28) Yes. Speaker 4 (11:29) Right? And not the good parts of either one of those things. Compact Speaker 8 (11:33) parts. Speaker 4 (11:33) Right? So you instantly, like a teenager, you become a little bit like petulant and you want to like yell all the time. Right? Yeah. And then on the other hand, you want to like grab them and like steer them. By Speaker 8 (11:47) the scruff. Speaker 4 (11:48) Yes. Speaker 8 (11:48) Yoke them up. Speaker 4 (11:49) You know how I feel about a yoke up. I love a good yoke up. Yeah, that I find that it was just you and Speaker 1 (11:56) Andre on vacation. Well, Speaker 4 (11:57) was it not vacation? Speaker 4 (12:00) I don't feel like it was a vacation. Speaker 1 (12:03) It was Scotland and Ireland? Speaker 4 (12:04) And London. Okay. It was a trip. And for me, the difference is this. Vacations are relaxing. Yeah. There's no agenda. You get up. Maybe you go look at something. You chill out. You know, there's food. I don't know. You look at a mountain. You look at a beach. It's just like, it's very chill. A trip is when there is an agenda. You are someplace where you've never been before and you are hitting things. I don't want to hit Speaker 8 (12:32) anything. Well, I do. Brad and I will go to like a Speaker 1 (12:37) place where you should hit things. And Speaker 4 (12:40) you don't hit anything? Speaker 1 (12:41) When we go to Europe, we do nothing. We literally like go to dinner and go shopping and like hang out by the pool. Like we will go to a major city in Europe and not do the gallery thing. Because. Oh, no. No, because it's something you're supposed to do, not something I want to do. Speaker 4 (12:59) Well, OK, so there are places that. are say, let's Speaker 1 (13:03) say Speaker 4 (13:03) on a list that I would like to do. Right. So we were in Edinburgh, which is the most magical place that I have ever been. Yes. And we Speaker 8 (13:12) hit things that I wanted. Tell me what you saw because I was Speaker 1 (13:17) in Edinburgh for an airport transfer to traders. Okay. Well, you were, I didn't get to see, you didn't see Speaker 4 (13:22) anything. I mean, I saw a bunch of stuff, but you know. museums and castles and things. But see, Speaker 1 (13:28) you didn't, it's not even that memorable. Speaker 4 (13:30) I'm freezing at the moment. See, so why didn't, I would have Speaker 1 (13:33) rather just go get a massage than go see that. I Speaker 4 (13:36) can get a massage here. What Speaker 1 (13:37) is it, Stonehenge? Speaker 4 (13:38) I did, no, that's not in Scotland though. We went to Stonehenge, that's in England. Couple of Speaker 1 (13:42) rocks. Speaker 4 (13:43) Um, you know what? You know what I did not find impressive? Sorry, we're going to get. They Speaker 1 (13:48) couldn't even do a second story on that piece. No, we're going Speaker 4 (13:51) to, I'm going to get slaughtered on this one. But, um, We went to Bath. Speaker 1 (13:55) Was it a bath? Speaker 4 (13:57) Yeah. Speaker 1 (13:57) It was a fucking tub. And Speaker 4 (13:58) it Speaker 1 (13:58) was Speaker 4 (13:58) smelly. Speaker 1 (13:58) Yeah. Speaker 8 (13:59) Okay. Speaker 1 (13:59) Yeah. It was Speaker 4 (14:00) smelly. No, Speaker 1 (14:01) some things we don't need to revere. I mean, sure. I'm sure it was the most wonderful bath in what, the 1400s? I Speaker 8 (14:09) guess. But Speaker 1 (14:09) it was Speaker 4 (14:10) very smelly. Speaker 8 (14:11) Nobody, yeah. Nobody Speaker 1 (14:12) took a bath back then. They called it Bath because it was the only bath in England. Speaker 4 (14:17) Well, you know what they used to do, which I think is really... But like the wealthy people, they would get like- Speaker 1 (14:25) They would bathe first. Well, Speaker 4 (14:26) yes. And they would get all rubbed down with oils and stuff. And the poor people could not afford the oil. So they would scrape the oils off the rich people. And Speaker 1 (14:36) it's Speaker 4 (14:38) reusable. I Speaker 1 (14:39) saw this at Steamworks once in Chelsea, actually. Did you do it? Yeah, they do that during Pride Month. It's Speaker 8 (14:45) a Speaker 1 (14:45) special and Speaker 8 (14:45) you Speaker 1 (14:45) have to pay extra for it. Speaker 8 (14:46) I'm sure Speaker 4 (14:47) you do. Speaker 1 (14:48) Let's get into what algorithm is showing. Speaker 4 (14:52) I can't stand this man. You're right, guys. I hate him. Speaker 1 (14:57) And when you hate me, you also hate Stanley Tucci. We love Stanley Tucci. You Speaker 4 (15:02) know what I love about him the most? Speaker 8 (15:04) That he keeps playing gay men and not apologizing for it. I don't think Speaker 4 (15:08) he needs to apologize for it. You Speaker 8 (15:09) can't Speaker 1 (15:09) just take a gay role from a gay. Listen Speaker 4 (15:11) to me. There is a job, whether it's a jobby job or a gig, and you apply for said job, you get said job. You Speaker 1 (15:19) get Speaker 4 (15:19) said job. So Speaker 1 (15:21) you're blind casting through and through. Speaker 4 (15:24) I mean, if you had to choose the person that he was in Devil Wears Prada, who would it be? You? Guy Branum. Speaker 1 (15:35) He's so good. I would be fierce. But no, I get it. I get it. But what about like race and casting? That's like kind of important. Speaker 4 (15:45) Okay. Yes. Speaker 1 (15:46) You can't. You can't. Speaker 4 (15:48) Like Speaker 1 (15:49) look at Scarlett Johansson. She only plays Asian women. What Speaker 4 (15:53) the fuck was that about? Do you remember when Angelina Jolie played a biracial black woman? Speaker 8 (15:59) In like the Speaker 1 (15:59) 2010s. It wasn't even like 1994. No, Speaker 4 (16:03) it was it was based on the true story. Literally Afghanistan Speaker 1 (16:07) widower. Right. Right. Speaker 4 (16:10) No. I think the husband had been a journalist. His name was Daniel. I don't know why I remember that. And he was beheaded. Right. Yes. And she played his wife. The wife. Who is. Speaker 2 (16:24) Half black, half- And I think she got Speaker 8 (16:26) an award. She got nominated for, I think, an Oscar. You can't do things like that. Straight to jail. Tom Cruise was the last samurai. I mean- Oh, man. Speaker 1 (16:38) Jake Gyllenhaal was the Arab prince. What was it? He was the prince of Persia. Speaker 8 (16:46) Jake Gyllenhaal? Speaker 4 (16:47) It's like- We just don't care anymore. Speaker 1 (16:49) Right. I mean, they didn't. There was like an action figure of Jake Gyllenhaal as like in full. I Speaker 4 (16:55) think he does Speaker 1 (16:56) things he doesn't want us to remember. Well, right. That and the Taylor Swift Speaker 4 (16:59) song. Speaker 1 (16:59) We're living in a time Speaker 4 (17:00) where we. Speaker 8 (17:02) They want us to forget about that. We're not going to forget. I'm Speaker 1 (17:07) not going to forget. Sorry. I will forget my Airbnb checkout time. And the owner will show up and kick me out. But I won't forget about that Taylor Swift song. And I won't forget that you played Prince of Persia. Do you think Speaker 4 (17:19) she's still thinking about that song? Speaker 1 (17:21) Yeah, she's singing it at every concert. I Speaker 4 (17:23) know, but she's a whole married lady now. Speaker 1 (17:25) I mean, maybe she's not thinking about the heartbreak, but she's thinking about them shareholder value dividends. Every time she plays that song, she gets the residual check in the mail. Speaker 8 (17:36) No, good for her. Good for her. Good for her. Speaker 1 (17:38) I'd play it. Get it. Get it, girl. Um, no, but I do think that what the fuck were we talking? We're Speaker 4 (17:44) talking about, uh, like race and racial Speaker 1 (17:48) stereotypes. Speaker 4 (17:49) No, no, no. We weren't talking about racial stereotypes. We're talking about Speaker 1 (17:51) casting. So I Speaker 4 (17:54) think, I mean, I don't know why I have to say this, but I'm going to say this, right? I think if you're talking about a real person, okay, I think it would be Denzel Washington cannot play. George Washington, because George Washington was a real person. Denzel Washington, though, could play Superman. Wait, I actually think, though, Speaker 1 (18:18) I a little bit have to disagree. OK, please. Because I feel like we as a society only center white stories and narratives. So if we want Black actors to be working, we have to be cool with Denzel maybe playing George. Speaker 8 (18:33) You Speaker 1 (18:33) see what I mean? Yeah, Speaker 4 (18:34) I see what you mean. Because we're not Speaker 1 (18:35) making the story of like famous black people as often as we are famous white people. But Speaker 4 (18:43) I also don't think. Is Speaker 1 (18:45) that too liberal? Is that too woke of me? A Speaker 4 (18:47) little bit. Is that Speaker 1 (18:48) snake eats the tail? Kind of. I got a little bit too woke. Speaker 4 (18:51) I think that like Jake Gyllenhaal can't play Nelson Mandela like that. You can't do that. Was the Prince of Persia real? I don't know. Speaker 8 (19:04) Was there a Prince of Persia based on that? I actually didn't see it. Speaker 4 (19:07) I have no idea. But that's what I'm saying. It's like the people who were all upset when, I forget the girl's name. Speaker 1 (19:15) Hermione. Speaker 4 (19:15) No, no, no. Speaker 1 (19:16) Hermione was black on Broadway. Oh, I know. People were like picketing. Speaker 4 (19:19) People were like really upset. We Speaker 1 (19:20) were Speaker 4 (19:20) like, Speaker 1 (19:21) do we have to remind you Hermione Speaker 8 (19:22) is Speaker 1 (19:22) a witch, a fictional witch. Speaker 4 (19:24) Or the people who were really upset when the Little Mermaid was played by a black actress. It's a mermaid. Speaker 1 (19:30) If I have to type, I have to remind people mermaids aren't real one more time. Speaker 4 (19:34) Or like people who were really upset that Lupita was playing Helen of Troy. Helen of Troy's dad was Zeus who got a duck pregnant. Not a duck. It was a swan. I'm sorry. Not a duck. Forgive me. It was a swan. The swan truthers are going to come after you. They're going to say, how dare you? And people were really, there's no way that she could be Helena Troy. Helena Troy isn't real. Speaker 1 (20:00) There's someone in a red hat somewhere talking about how ducks can get pregnant. Speaker 8 (20:05) And I'm Speaker 4 (20:06) sorry, I know it wasn't a duck. Speaker 8 (20:07) It was a swan. Speaker 4 (20:08) But still, do you know what I mean? They're Speaker 1 (20:10) going Speaker 4 (20:10) to Speaker 1 (20:10) come for you. Come Speaker 4 (20:11) for me. Come for me. I don't. I Speaker 8 (20:16) keep Speaker 4 (20:16) telling you guys. I keep telling you guys. I grew up in a Haitian household. You cannot hurt my feelings. Speaker 1 (20:22) She got hit with a chancla too many times. Speaker 4 (20:23) Yeah. We'll show that video. We'll show that Speaker 1 (20:27) video. Throw up the video, CJ, of Melissa reenacting her mother reaching for her own sandal. To beat Melissa with it. Yeah. It's a full face. It's Speaker 4 (20:38) a Speaker 1 (20:38) moment. It's a moment. We're going to put it right here to the left of my face. And Speaker 4 (20:41) it's me just sort of bending down. Speaker 1 (20:43) Wait, let's do the YouTube cover. Me looking afraid of the image next to me. Okay. So Christina, clip that. Speaker 4 (20:54) So really quickly, I was in Scotland and I had haggis. Speaker 1 (20:57) Okay. Yes. Oh, my God. We're not even done with haggis yet. Okay. Did you keep it down? Speaker 8 (21:02) I Speaker 4 (21:02) did. I Speaker 8 (21:02) kept it down. But it was fancy haggis. Speaker 4 (21:04) Well, I think that they have is not the haggis of yore. I think it's the haggis of now. It was very like. Haggis Speaker 1 (21:13) of Troy. Speaker 4 (21:13) Yeah. It was, you know, beautifully presented in a little. Speaker 1 (21:18) Nice restaurant. Speaker 4 (21:19) Yeah, it was a nice restaurant. Speaker 1 (21:20) Throw up the photo, CJ. Speaker 4 (21:21) I will. Oh, yeah. I won't. CJ will. Interestingly enough, you know who went down and loved the haggis? Speaker 1 (21:30) Andre. Speaker 4 (21:31) Andre. Speaker 1 (21:32) Andre needs to have dessert right after dinner. Andre. Yes. And Speaker 8 (21:37) Andre who Speaker 1 (21:38) is- Picky eater, Andre. Speaker 8 (21:39) Very Speaker 4 (21:39) picky eater, Andre. And Speaker 1 (21:41) he gobbled that up. Speaker 4 (21:42) He did more than I did. Like I had a couple of bites and was like, okay, Speaker 1 (21:45) I'm good. Munch the munch and crunch the lunch. And he was like, Speaker 4 (21:48) he wanted to take it back home. I was like, we're good. We're Speaker 1 (21:50) not going to be stopped at the costume. No, no, no. Speaker 4 (21:53) He meant back to the hotel. He meant that. He was like, you know, what if we get hungry later? I'm like, you're going to. Speaker 1 (21:57) There's a whole room at JFK filled with salami. There is. Filled with like salamis of people trying to sneak in. No, but Speaker 4 (22:06) yeah, he enjoyed the haggis a lot more than I did. I thought it was fine. I remember. So I shared the picture. What did it Speaker 1 (22:12) taste like? Speaker 1 (22:14) Was it like ground beef? Speaker 4 (22:16) No. I mean, the consistency of the meat is like a ground meat kind of consistency. Speaker 1 (22:23) It Speaker 4 (22:23) tasted very liver-ish, which I don't love. Speaker 1 (22:28) So we are exporting horses for slaughter. Did you see that? And we are importing mystery meat into America that Trump won't say where it's being imported from. I Speaker 4 (22:40) tagged Pete on the last month. It was true. Yeah, people are, Speaker 1 (22:43) I mean, rightfully freaked out. I'm Speaker 4 (22:45) very curious about this. Well, because all Speaker 1 (22:47) these wild horses in America that are supposed to be protected. I know. They're selling them for $25. I'm sorry. This coffee was $26. Speaker 1 (22:58) Like $25 for a whole horse? I know. And they're exporting them, grinding them up. They did almost 6,000 already. Horses. Speaker 8 (23:07) Why? My little ponies. Speaker 4 (23:09) But you're not answering the question. Why? Speaker 1 (23:12) I think for a dollar. I think it's like a loophole. People are making, Republicans are making money off it. So Trump is letting them like- For Speaker 4 (23:19) $25 a horse? We're making money on that? Like, Speaker 8 (23:21) come on. I guess. Speaker 1 (23:22) And like, because they've deregulated so much. And now- There's a shortage of meat, I guess, and we're importing ground beef. Speaker 8 (23:31) I didn't realize you were being serious that it was $25. Speaker 1 (23:34) Yeah. It's literally $25. I'm guessing here. And I'm sure someone is way more qualified and is going to do the breakdown online. Sure. And I'll see it the minute we finish recording. Of course. But I'm guessing that someone's making a little bit of money and then there's like oversight and they're not realizing. But Speaker 4 (23:53) it's. Speaker 1 (23:54) I don't know. It is. Speaker 4 (23:56) $25 a horse and you're saying it's 6,000 horses? Is that where we are? Speaker 8 (24:02) Is that where we are? That's a studio in Midtown. Like that's not even for one Speaker 1 (24:07) month. Speaker 4 (24:08) I don't understand. Speaker 1 (24:09) I don't know. It can't be. That can't be right. It Speaker 4 (24:13) can't be right. All Speaker 1 (24:13) I know is the horses are being killed. No, no, no. I understand. And they're not supposed to be because they're wild. I Speaker 4 (24:19) understand that also. I just don't understand. Where's the money making? Speaker 4 (24:25) Mr. I'm a great businessman. Where is Speaker 1 (24:28) the Speaker 4 (24:28) money making coming? Speaker 1 (24:29) But all I know is the midterms are coming and Republicans love horses. I don't know any socialist at the Hampton Classic. If you're a socialist and you've been to the Hampton Classic, comment on this video. I guarantee you not one fucking person at the Hampton Classic is a Mom Donnie supporter. No one loves horses more than Republicans. Back me up here. Have you ever seen AOC loading up
