Speaker 4 (1:14) One more Speaker 2 (1:16) thing. Before we get to Madonna, which Joe referred to as... An Speaker 8 (1:25) elderly ho. Speaker 2 (1:29) She was at the Video Music Awards last night. Here's Snoop doing something at the VMAs last night. Speaker 7 (1:34) It wouldn't be a Snoop Dogg party if I didn't provide some of that special, sticky, inky, inky. Hold on. That's for every winner here tonight. Just the winners, though. Just the winners. But everybody else, look under your seat. There should be nothing there. But before we get this show started, knock, knock. Speaker 7 (2:06) These nuts. I knew you'd like that. Wow. All right, let's get this party cracking. Wow. I wish I hadn't missed that. Speaker 8 (2:15) That's so wonderful. Speaker 2 (2:17) Well, it kind of fits with what we were mocking during the radio show. They're just trying to keep this going, right? And the older crowd, so you got, I don't think anybody watches videos. I'm pretty sure my kids have never seen a music video. And they're teenagers. They don't watch music videos. It used to be Speaker 8 (2:39) just absolutely obligatory. It was like virtually the only thing that mattered. Your record company would make you do a video and they'd spend, if you were a big act, they'd budget a couple of million dollars on your Speaker 2 (2:52) video. Well, you're significantly younger than us, Katie. Were videos big when you were in high school or college? Speaker 5 (2:57) I think I just caught the tail end of it. Speaker 2 (2:59) You caught the Speaker 5 (2:59) tail end. Yeah, because whenever there was a new album, we always were talking immediately about the video that came along with it. Oh, Speaker 2 (3:05) okay. The videos came out like when Joe and I were in high school, college, and you'd come home from the bars and flip on the videos. I mean, it was such a big deal. watch them and talk about them, but I guess they're still trying to, who aired the video music awards? Where was it even on MTV? Where would I find MTV? I'd have to look it up. It was on Paramount Plus too. Okay. I'd have to look that up also. Anyway, so they got Snoop who's 65 years old and Madonna who's pushing 70 and just wanted to bring this up. So I'm going to do a little play by play on the Madonna video. She returned to the VMAs for the first time and I don't know since she got her hip replaced or whatever and because she's a one note song and the only thing she knows how to do is try to be shockingly sexy. even at her age now usually you age gracefully and like you were trampy shocky sexy when you're in your 20s but
